New sneak peak on the website! I just want to give you all a heads up though. See, this update has taken me quiet a while to do and I still have loads more. This is what may happen. Kiryu will be temporarily removed from the mod because we are redoing his model, his AI, his everything and we just don't have time to reimplement all that. So, that being said, he will be readded next update so don't worry (the update won't take 6 months to come out It will be out within the next few weeks)! Another thing is that I've seem to have spent waaay more time redoing and perfecting the current Kaiju then adding the new ones so the update may come out a little later (still before the break ends though). This being said, I will for sure have some sort of surprise for you guys New Years Eve that you will most certainly enjoy! Finally, since this update is so big, I may split it into two parts (I'm talking release wise). If I can't get Infant Island done in time, I will release a stable version (which will be V1.6 of the mod) and another one a few weeks later called V1.6.5. I hope I don't have to do that but you never know. If you take a look at the new sneak peak you can see what I mean by reinventing old things and it taking a lot of time (took a whole week to do that and get it right)! I hope no one is disappointed cause why would you be? You still will get all the stuffs we all want but it may take time. I'm not too worried though, I know you guys will be content with the new features (heck I havent even reimplemented everything back and there are now more items than the mod had before)! Let me put it this way, even though the mod has some of the same Kaiju, it feels like a brand new (WAAAAY BETTER) stankin mod! I've completely reimagined it (started from stratch) with still keeping some of the old touches you guys enjoyed.
I have a idea, Godzilla Variants, all the same health, all the same strength, but not the same size, Legendarygoji should be as big as a medium sized extreme hills mountain, so quite big, and the current goji should be same size, and the first goji, which should be a little smaller than the current goji
Godzilla Showa is 50 Meters. He mostly used melee attacks and crazy kung-fu stuff and other things.
Godzilla Heisei is 80 meters, but grew to 100 meters in Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah. He beamspammed... and that's it.
Godzilla Millennium differed. Occasionally he'd get up close and personal, but in other films he mostly used beams. His height is 50 meters in most films, 60 in GMK, and 100 in Final Wars.
Legendary Godzilla is 108 meters. Because eight meters makes our Godzilla better, right guys?! Nah, I'm just kidding.
Not only that, the kaiju in the Heisei Era are much, much stronger than the Showa Era, being able to take more damage and other things. Just compare Showa MechaGodzilla to Super MechaGodzilla. So I can't really support this suggestion.

The reason Godzilla 2014 failed was because there was no Mothra in it.
Mothra is the only reason Godzilla is good. Mothra saved the movie industry. If Mothra never existed nobody would like movies. The reason many people hate Call of Duty is because it lacks Mothra.
I changed my name to MothraFanboy27.
@Tihyo. Having seen the Sneak Peak, I must ask... Are you adding a Tech System to Mod? Like tech seen in the movies. Plasma Energy reactor, Nuclear Reactors, the over use of which increase the Spawn Rate for Kaiju, Maser Turrets, Kaiju sensors? That sort of thing. Maybe even a way to create Mutant Soldiers, from Xillien remains.

Eventually I'll get into stuff like that but for this update no. That took enough time. lol
I agree, Ebirah: Horror of the Deep is quite the terrible film. However, there's something here that I just can't take seriously... what was it?
Yeah, that was it.
My goodness, you're going to mention Final Wars and state that it's better than Ebirah? Despite all the damage it's done to the franchise?
Let me just go into detail:
My main issue with the movie is its treatment of the monsters. Godzilla's trapped in ice in the opening scene, left there for the majority of the movie, and then when he finally gets out in the third act, he travels the world and destroys all the other monsters in about 5 minutes. Now of course Godzilla is meant to be powerful, and he didn't get the "King of the Monsters" title for nothing, but the problem is that he's ludicrously overpowered in this film. Godzilla isn't the King of the Monsters because he's the biggest and strongest, it's because he's a good fighter and the monster with the most allies. He shouldn't be able to wipe out Rodan, Anguirus, and King Caesar single-handedly without a scratch- in fact he shouldn't even be able to beat Rodan, who was evenly matched with him in the Showa films.
Final Wars turns Godzilla into a Superman-like hero who's so strong none of the villains can even hope to put up a fight, totally ruining the dramatic tension. The best Godzilla fights are the ones where he actually gets messed up and you start to wonder if he's gonna make it out alive- scenes like when Gigan hits his shoulder with his saw, or when Mechagodzilla pumps him full of missiles, or when Biollante impales his hand- those get a reaction out of the viewer because our protagonist is in trouble. Final Wars never even attempts to put Godzilla in that kind of danger, even in the final battle with Ghidorah, which is just about the worst mistake you can make a a storyteller. It manages to turn the premise of Godzilla beating the **** out of every other monster in the world into a boring montage of subpar special effects.
The other monsters aren't handled any better, and in general issue with them is that they aren't treated with any kind of respect. The movie tosses them in where they're needed with no ceremony and then gets rid of them just as quickly, like they're storm troopers or something, instead of 100-meter tall forces of nature. Ebirah gets taken out by a squad of soldiers on foot. I don't care that they're mutants, they're still essentially humans with handheld weapons, yet they're able to defeat a creature that once held his own in a fight with Godzilla. Hedorah gets it even worse. None of the monsters have any personality or menace, and comparisons made earlier in this thread to video game enemies are totally accurate. Plus, as I mentioned above, the FX in Final Wars just aren't up to the standards of the rest of the Millennium films. It looks cheap, like a glorified episode of Power Rangers instead of a feature length film. The monsters run and bounce around without any real weight, which is usually only a problem with all-CGI characters like the Transformers. Seriously, go watch the scene where Godzilla kills Hedorah and Ebirah. Notice how they fly through the air in weird arcs and spirals, totally independent of Earth's gravity? Unbelievable that Toho let a shot like that slide in 2004. Some of the suits are also pretty freaking hideous. Godzilla has a massive, nearly spherical head with tiny, beady eyes and a weird little rat snout. Anguirus looks likes the original Anguirus crossbred with a pig. Rodan is covered in giant shiny plates that don't look natural in the slightest, almost like he's wearing samurai armor. Gigan is almost unrecognizable, like the real Gigan turned anorexic and lost a fight with an S&M closet. Ghidorah looks like ****. Just, ****. Can't even put that into clearer words. Maybe it's not too bad that the monsters look bad though, because at least they aren't in the movie for very long...
That brings me to the second biggest problem, which is that this doesn't feel like a Godzilla movie so much as it feels like a generic sci-fi thriller that happens to have Godzilla thrown in. That kind of "[genre] meets Godzilla" approach has worked well in the past, like how Ghidorah: The Three-Headed Monster is essentially a spy film with giant monsters running around in the background, but it's a poor choice for Godzilla's 50th Anniversary celebration. Final Wars feels unfocused and hyperactive, trying to tell an alien invasion story, Gordon's story, the mutant story, the kid and Minilla's story, and then also work in the giant monster fights somewhere along the line. Final Wars is loaded with shallow references to earlier films that prove the filmmakers watched them, but didn't understand what made them work, and it also gets lost in trying to reference as much recent American pop culture as possible for no goddamned reason at the same time it tries to make fun of America with the New York and Zilla scenes. The result is a movie way too long for it's own good that ultimately feels more like a weird Epic Movie-type parody that happens to spoof Godzilla than an actual Godzilla film...much less his 50th Anniversary film.
I could go on about the other issues with Final Wars, but I'll leave it at this: it's just a poorly made movie in general. The pacing is bad. The scripting is bad. The music is bad. The editing is bad. The set design is bad. The lighting is bad. The acting is bad. The special effects are bad. The humor is bad, the dramatic moments are bad. It's a movie that's as technically unimpressive as the absolute cheapest bottom-of-the-barrel Showa flicks but without any of the charm or energy that sustained those through their brief runtimes. The fact that the Millennium series, which I consider to be extremely underrated, ended on such a low note has always bothered me, and if it weren't for the 2014 film and Toho's upcoming 2016 film, I would have a hard time dealing with the fact that Final Wars was the last Godzilla film ever.
Final Wars is, to me, the absolute worst Godzilla film, even worse than Godzilla's Revenge and Godzilla 2014. Why? Because every minute of suffering counts, and Revenge is only about half as long... and I guess 2014 at least had Bryan Cranston.
I said "some good monster action". It is a terrible Godzilla film, and in terms of the overall quality (considering the budget and the time period it was made) it is worse then Ebirah. But for me FW has at least something good in it - Gigan redesign was amazing, Kumonga looked pretty good and was able to put up a fight against Godzilla, Gotengo is an awesome vehicle, there are 2/3 music track that I like and, of course, I'm incredibly biased towards Monster X - he's the best thing in the entire film, and I loved every single frame with him in it.
do the legs need other coordinates than the body, and what about arms and head.
each leg needs its own rotation point that all the other parts of the legs follow (so offsets). Same goes for the head. If you have anymore questions, ProvenBeat knows the most about it.

I like how you say final wars feels like godzilla was just thrown in when thats exactly what ebirah is, as for revenge just no ew ew ew that is the most poorly made godzilla in my opinion because it was hardly made its 95% stock footage when godzilla is on screen and that 95% of godzilla screen time is 30% of the movie its a bullying psa gone wrong with godzilla thrown in to try to salvage it which it didnt and its not even good stock footage cause we totally wanted to see the condor again keyword being see here cause we can't see wtf is going on and ebirah is just meh. I'll admit final wars isnt the best, my personal favorite is godzilla 2000 more or less for nostalgic reasons, but I don't think its anywhere near as bad as ebirah or revenge
I know a lot of people love the 2014 Design, but I personally hate it. This Godzilla looks more like a very large aquatic lizard thing, alongside a terrible boxy head and a scaly chest. It goes against everything we've been told about Godzilla. Instead of being a charred black creature who looks war-torn, he looks like... well... a large aquatic lizard thing who's never been touched before. I hate the design because it's not who Godzilla is supposed to be, and on top of that, the chest and head are both awful.
you know that 108 meter still sounds more realistic than, hes EXACTLY 100 meter high, not bigger not smaller!
LegendaryGoji's Sizes:
Godzilla PS3: 108 meters.
Official Size Stated By Gareth: 328 Feet (99.9744 meters)
Heisei Godzilla (Godzilla 1985/Godzilla vs. Biollante): 80 Meters.
Heisei Godzilla (After Time Travel): 100 Meters.
Both sites claim something different. In the end, he is either bigger or smaller.

Revenge is terrible, don't get me wrong, but I still will happily say that Final Wars is the worst film.
In your original quote, you asked "what did final wars do to godzilla"
I'm just going to bring up the Box Office and Official Grossing of the film.
Box Office:
Two BILLION Yen.
Cash Film Made:
One Billion, One Hundred Sixty Million Yen. They lost almost 8 million yen. So now if you're wondering why Godzilla films took so long to be made again, you know why. The film was a Box Office Bomb, making Toho lose money instead of gaining. What's worse is that this was Godzilla's 50th Anniversary. So of course Toho didn't want to touch the guy for a while given how bad Final Wars was.

also
when i dont like a Movie i just say"well i didnt like that"but could you please stop bashing Godzilla 2014 whenever someone talks about it.it seems like you want to convince everyone to have the same opinion a you.when someone says he thinks he looks cool, you dont have to reply to him telling him everything you dont like about him,i dont want to offend you but it starts to **** me of that every second comment that has something to do with Godzilla 2014 gets instantly replied by you.and if that wasnt enough, you got asked to stop and some time later you start again, can you just stop it!when someone says he liked a movie i dont like i dont go to him and tell himevery tiny little **** about it,i dont liked
I agree. I don't tink 2014 was the best but not the worst. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and they all should stop hating on each other's opinions.
