There is (or was) actually. And I know how to do it. But the elements each are several render objects. And I have to sync them all to two coordinates per element (which is still a lot). Then also keep in mind that for example the health bar is always on a fixed position relative to the player widget (for every hud but the modern one). I also have to keep those relations intact.
This is a known issue that can't really be "resolved" on my end. YOu can however disable any render events that use the health event (which will disable the hearts. But it might also disable any other mod that uses that event. To do so go to Settings -> Health -> Prevent Event
Hi so I tried that and it doesn't work I just removed this mod due to that but if you ever find a solution that would be nice
Version 3.6.6 is out.
- fixed the debug crosshair
(for version 1.8.9 and 1.10.2 there are no changes, the version change is simply for consistency)

On the rare occasions that I play Minecraft, I usually play with mods that include Tinkers' and for me that always works.
I also tested this again by quickly running a FTB modpack with Tinkers'. Enabling "Prevent Event" for Health does indeed resolve this.
Since it apparently doesn't work for you, do you mind giving em a list of the mods you are using and any changes you made to the settings of RPG-Hud?
Version 3.6.6.1 (only available for 1.12.1) is out to address the crash with newer 1.12.1 forge versions.
3.6.6.2 out (no bugfixes or new features for 1.12)
- fixed settings not showing up on 1.12.1
- official support for 1.12.2
So I decided to use this mod again and I noticed that I have the vanilla health bar no matter what I do here is my mod list.
(Note: While they are removed I also use tinkers construct and tinkers leveling.)
Is this available on minecraft 1.8.0?
It's been a long time but the mod now has a 1.13, 1.14 and 1.15 version.
Along with some fixes to 1.8-1.12.
The mod now also has a 1.16 version as well as a new element: status effects and a fabric port.
