Can you add an option to be able for the arrows to break through glass?

Well, I'm not really sure. I've run into a bit of an issue with Optifine removing something my mod uses to render the bows slightly glowy when a fire arrow is on them, so that might take a while to figure out.
I noticed that a skeleton with a longbow is kinda puny as the longbow's slow draw speed and skeleton's below average aiming makes a stationary mob that shoots one arrow every 1~2 seconds and misses over half the time.
however, a skeleton with a composite bow is quite scary as it shoots 4~6 arrows per second

The skeleton's range is significantly increased when it has a longbow, too. Also, I made them fire ahead of the player when the player is moving, so that they're more accurate.
From what I gather in the description, if a bow is enchanted, it loses it's enchants if the string breaks. But my friend was testing his composite bow out, enchanted it, and was using it and instead of it becoming unstrung, it completely broke and vanished from his inventory. I'm using the pre-release for 1.6.2 at the moment. Is that supposed to happen?

Seems to work fine for me in my 1.6.2 workspace build. Are you sure he was using a composite bow and not the vanilla bow? (the vanilla bow is unaffected by the mod, so it would break normally)

Yeah. We went to the enchantment tower on our server and I did a longbow and he did a composite and got Power IV and Flame I. He said it just vanished when the durability was gone. Probably something on his side, but still don't get why it happened. I cheated myself some stuff and enchanted one for myself and it just became an unstrung composite bow like normal for me.

Well, I really don't know what to say. I've tried to reproduce these problems multiple times and haven't been able to. Unless it's a problem with another mod (which I doubt), there's probably nothing I can do (unless I can figure out how to reproduce either problem).
ahh i can't find the 1.6.2 download link on curse forge or on curse so where can i find it
I thought earlier that they had approved the new file, but it turns out they haven't yet. I hope they'll get around to it sometime today, otherwise I'll try to contact one of them.
Edit: You could always try the pre-release while you wait for the full release.
Okay, looks like the 1.6.2 versions are up. Everyone that's been using the pre-releases should update too, because I made a few quick rendering changes.
I made the quiver overlay render with an event from the ingame GUI code, so now it'll render behind the inventory view and menu.
Okay, so I installed a mod that adds grappling hooks, rope arrows, etc. My question is how can I get your mod to recognize the arrows from that mod? They won't go in the quiver and when I try to shoot them with one of your bows, the bow swaps out to the vanilla one temporarily.
EDIT: Oh, and I can't shoot any other arrow except for the one from that mod when i have it in my inventory.

No, it hasn't. Not really. You can go test the 1.6.2 pre-release though. There's a link in the OP.

I'm afraid I already tried making them go through glass, but I think it'll take a while to figure out the best way to do that.

Which visuals are you talking about specifically?

The 3D arrows can be put into a separate mod pretty easily, but the three-layer bow is only applied to the mod's bows. The vanilla bow is unchanged.
Look in .minecraft/config/QuiverMod.cfg.
