Bedrock is annoying as it spawns randomly above the void, do not let it ruin your mining trip by trapping items inside! (Or even players) This is a mod that lets you break bedrock, nothing more, nothing less!
Well, here is a picture, you can see the bedrock cracking into pieces.
All this mod adds is to break bedrock, for all you that want to use in survival bedrock like any other block for decoration etc. This will NOT add bedrock tools or other nonsense!
Also, this is a Vanilla Mod meaning you will have to install it to your Minecraft Jar! If you do not know how to do this, read [Here].

And no, don't bother asking I will not make this a Forge mod.
Add an obsidian pickax and make it the only thing that can break obsidian.

But yeah, I agree with hydra. It seems very overpowered to be able to break bedrock with merely a stone pickaxe. Also, how long does it take to break?

You know what i'm thinking in regards to Tinkerer's Construct? Making it so only Manyullyn tools can break Bedrock! Only if Tinkerer's installed as well, obviously.

After 3 years I think, it was time this needed an update so, I present BreakBedrock 2.0 for Minecraft 1.8.8!
I can also made versions for 1.8, 1.7.10 or 1.7.2 if this is popular!
Update: Added BreakBedrock for Minecraft 1.7.2 and Minecraft Beta 1.7.3
The beta 1.7.3 version is now compatible with Beta 1.7.4 too

how did you do this? I want to make the end portal breakable. I know basic modding but, I don't know how to make an unbreakable block breakable.
