Can someone please assist me with making a tesseract frame, or more importantly endermium? i've been following the recipe the best (that I can see) and it doesn't seem to be working for me, can someone clarify the recipe please? Thanks in advanced.
Which recipe are you using? There are a couple of different recipes to make enderium. The recipe that NEI shows for use in the Factorization mixer does not work.
Ok, I'll accept all that, and admit maybe I was taking the words "compact" and "efficient" in an extremely literal way and expecting too much.
What I really need is a comprehensive list of reactants/catalysts for the machines (the Thermal Expansion-Fluids config doesn't help me that much, but that's probably just me being not very bright), and could someone perhaps tell me how to add fuels to the dynamos?

Alright, I finally got some time to try ripping stuff out of ForgeMultipart. It appears to be safe to remove both codechicken/microblock and codechicken/multipart/minecraft from ForgeMultipart-universal-1.6.4-1.0.0.219.jar. Removing those two folders will remove the microblocks, their corresponding items, the saw and saw components, and disable things like putting multiple torches in the same block space. Conduits appear to still work, including ones that were already placed, though I wouldn't bet on ones that have covers already on them surviving.
A bunch of noob questions:
1. Is there a pump equivalent in this mod? Something to grab liquids from the environment to tanks?
2a. Both Tinker's Construct and Thermal Expansion output different tin, copper and bronze ingots from the same ores. Is there any way to solve this?
2b. Also, does anybody know a cross-compatibility mod that adds nickel, lead and silver berry bushes?
3. Ender Storage + Tesseracts in the same world: is this redundant in your opinion?

2a Disable one mods ores, they are Ore Dictionary resistered, so either one will work Use some sort of unifer( Jabba barrels, or process all ores with one machine.).
2b nope
3 Not at all, ender tanks are a bit cheaper, and the chests and pouches are great.

1) No, but I know someone who's making an Addon to bring pumps, quarries to Thermal Expansion.
2a) Disable Tinker's Copper/Tin ores.
2b) No - unfortunately :/
3) Do you mean same "dimension"? If its what I assumed, yes - if in far distances (using tesseracts)

I think he meant overall, do tessetacts make the ender storage mod redundant.
Well, tesseracts are the same as ender tanks/chests really, but the ender pouch is worth it.

3. Ender Storage + Tesseracts in the same world: is this redundant in your opinion?
In order:
1. No, there is not, in general. Most people still use Buildcraft pumps for that. There is the Aqueous Accumulator, which I don't doubt could pump water into a tank, but I'm not sure quite why anyone would do that.
2a. I use Barrels Mod barrels for all of my storage, which have a configurable option (on by default) to use the ore dictionary, which handily avoids the problem. Three different copper and tin ores spawn in my world, and two different lead and silver ores, but I need only a single barrel each for copper ore and copper ingots.
2b. Not to my knowledge.
3. I use both. I use tesseracts to transmit energy, and ender chests and tanks to transmit items and fluids, as a rule, though in the past I have used item tesseracts as a low-buffering means to pull materials directly from my storage to feed a Buildcraft filler.

The tesseract can indeed do all three jobs. However, I find I get faster throughput from my quarries if I use a tesseract to power them, but an ender chest to feed their output directly into the front end of my storage system. I tried using a buffer chest, an itemduct and the same tesseract to carry quarry output as well, but it didn't perform as well as the ender chest.
Plus, as noted, the ender pouch. Drop stuff directly into your storage system from ANYWHERE.
Vazkii was working on Quarry for TE: https://github.com/Vazkii/ThermalQuarry
But. Won't tell you just yet who exactly is making an Addon to bring pumps and other BuildCraft gadgets to TE ^^
Worgslarg, Rongmario, CaerMaster: thanks for the answers. Regarding copper/tin, I meant the ingots themselves, since I already deactivated the redundant ores. And for interdimensional transport, if both can make it, I guess I'll settle with using only TE3 then...
For quarries: Redstone in Motion does the trick in old RP2 style, without adding lots and lots of blocks.

Back in the 1.4.5 days I used to as a buffer, since 1 accumulator could supply all the water you could need, but combustion engines could run dry without the tank in between. I don't know with the current version, since I don't use BC anymore and all I have right now are a few extruders and steam engines. The single accumulator has no trouble keeping up with such light use.
Also Extra Utilities mod has the "Ender-thermic pump" which only pumps lava, but then that's the main thing anyone without BC is going to want to pump anyway. It also places cobble into the holes it creates to keep from causing unsightly messes (and the lag they make).
Another reason to dump into a tank is if someone is using extra buckets, which has an ender bucket that can be linked to a tank. By linking to a tank it will always have water in it.

I think this fellow is also working on a RF-centric quarry system - not sure if it's something coming for 1.6.x or 1.7.x though. His mods are pretty ace too; I'm quite looking forward to it. As for pumps, I'm not sure.. they are the sole reason I still use Buildcraft unfortunately since Builders are b0rked.

Spacetoad should be fixing the builders but for the 1.7+ updates soon! As for Quarryplus it still requires BC and MJ rather than RF (But Conduicts produce MJ anyways ) But since denoflions is now in charge of updating the mod, he might make it standalone
I use the Digital Miner from Mekanism as a temp. Replacement for the quarry and the IC2 pump.
(At least, I couldn't get it to work.)

You shouldn't use 1.6.2 at all. 1.6.4 fixes major terrain generation bugs and almost all 1.6.2 mods work with it since the changes are so minor.
