I have a request as a mod pack maker: Can you add a config option to disable portals to the overworld being formed? The reason I ask is I'd like to restrict the players movement to the overworld as that dimension would be the last that they will be able to reach.
Also, any chance that Bauble compatibility can be added for amulets?
That's an interesting question, I'm not sure. I believe disabling the portal prevents getting to Atum as well since it just disables the ability to build a portal entirely.
Well, I'd very much like to use Atum as the second stop for players working through our modpack, and I'll need to be able to completely control when and how they get to the overworld. So far, I can do that with all the other dimensional mods. I even have the nether portals shut down.
Hello, if i understand this correctly Scepters still don't have a use, i have a small suggestion for a plug for EB Wizardry mod, since scepters kinda look similar to EB Wizardry wands, i like the idea of symbols of authority holding magical power, you could even give them to Pharaohs and arm them with various spells from EB Wizardry, and of course there is no reason why you could not make an accompanying spell pack with Egypt themed spells, i do believe magic was something ancient Egyptians believed deeply in. I understand if you don't want to make cross mod content, but i find such things, tying various mods together, very cool.
Hi, Me and 2 of my friends play on a modded server together with Atum 2 on 1.7.10. When I try to craft the scarab my game crashes. Only I get the crash report and the server is still fine. Do you know why it crashes?
Just want to say that I am really, really diggin this mod. Very professional, very well made. Love the new blocks, the new enemies and I love the artifacts.
My only criticism is this: I have a lot of mods installed on our server, well over 80, and some mods make our characters really powerful (Blood Magic, Botania, Astral Sorcery to name a few). It's also possible to have 20 hearts on my server, a feat that's almost required because we have mobs installed like Grimoire of Gaia 3 which has some very unforgiving spawns.
To the point - The boss fights are not hard enough for us. I understand that for vanilla Minecraft it's probably very difficult. But for a modded server they could stand to be considerably harder. I looked in the config file hoping to find a "hard mode" option but did not. I think if you could add the ability to make the bosses hit harder or have more health or more moves, like flinging magic maybe moving faster maybe some debuffs that would be great.
