Does the Blaze and Flint crafting recipe work for anyone else? I just tried it in the Nether and it is missing and appears missing in Creative, but present in the config and NEI.
It would be cool if u could make the fusewood so that once u cut down all the logs the leafs explode kinda like in the tree capitator mod so they drop saplings too
Can anyone explain how exactly the berry bushes work?
Find them, break them, place them on dirt, (or netherrack as the case may be), and use bone meal to make them grow to full size, and then to force another small one to appear on top of the one you are bonemeal-ing.
First I would like to mention, that I absolutely love this mod. I very much like all the new trees and plants that I get to play with now.
I have read all 50 pages of comments over the last few days to see if my question has been answered. I used the search thing too to try and narrow it down. I've seen a few questions about a book for natura in game that shows some if not all of the recipes. I believe the creator mentioned that a future update would have it as well. Has this been implemented? And if so, how does one obtain it.
Funny thing about that mod is that it didn't work for me just (what? a month?) a while back. I installed what appears to be an updated version just a couple days ago and though I haven't been to the nether I have disabled Hecates from AM2 and it appears to be respecting my config.
I'll visit the nether soon with crossed fingers.
Well, the most recent MSC definitely stops the Nitro Creepers. While I'm disappointed that I need a separate mod to control this one, I'm happy that I can now use this mod for what I originally expected to use it for: interesting worldgen (and not "interesting mob additions").
Hello! I'm loving this mod but do have a few questions.
I have fallen in love with your really HUGE trees, I love finding clumps of them together and makeing huge treehouses, However I'm using it with Biomes O'plenty and it seems a few trees only spawn in select biomes. The redwood in the planes, and the other really big puffy oak in a jaded forest. While nice I'm liking them to spawn in other biomes as well, but can't find anywhere in your config, or BoP's config how I might be able to change that.
Is it at all possible? I can change the spawn rate, and I tell you seeing the planes filled with thise huge trees turns it into a whole nether biome that I just adore. But I'd like to change the biomes they spawn, like the huge oak trees in the seasonal forest, or the huge redwoods in the ConiferousForest that alone has huge tall trees and the redwood would fit right in.

I have to be careful going through the NEI, when I look up blue, or grass, or anything that apparently uses that, it crashes. Any ideas?
Edit: Alright, in creative it crashes, in NEI it shows the next few items invisible, even though in cheat mode you can spawn them. Spawning bluegrass or bluegrass slabs crashes the game
If you dont want to see the item.<itemname>.<specification>.name thingy replace the "en_US.xml" in the "lang" folder of the Natura.jar with one with the the lines in the spoiler (simply copy the spoiler in a .txt and rename it into "en_US.xml")
I am running a 1.6.2 modded server with Natura and some (not all) of the Natura items and blocks are showing up as 'tile.door.hopseed.name'. I am attempting to follow your fix, above, but am having some difficulties. Specifically, the file I have found which looks like the correct one is named en_US.lang, and I do not know where I can find "the spoiler".
Could you, or someone else here, please clarify how to do this fix?
~EDIT~
Okay, so I figured out where 'the spoiler' was, wow was I being clueless. Okay, so I copied the text, saved the file, re-archived the Natura jar, uploaded to the server, restarted the server, and still have 'tile.door.hopseed.name'. Any other suggestions?
Sometimes natura saplings turn to redwood sapling on automated farm, growing huge tree in middle of farm/base and griefing everything around with roots.
Happened to me with sakura and eucaliptus when using MFR (when it had support) and now with Steve's carts. Couldn't catch the exact moment when it happens, maybe something with chunkloading or server restarts.
Since you have trees in the overworld and nether, why not the have trees in the end. Names of the trees are as follows:
Dragonwood: Sword is as strong as diamond, but with very low durability. Sets foes alite.
Ender Eye Wood: Sword is as strong as diamond. If you go below 2 hearts (one full heart) and you have a tool / weapon made of this in your hotbar you will be teleported 25 blocks away from where you previously were. The tree is very rare.
can you please make it so that potash apples can be made into golden apples. the vanilla way, using the smeltery, or both dose not matter to me but it would be nice to have access to golden apples in the nether.
-edit- oh and it would also be nice to make jeweled apples from them too

Yes, I agree potash apples should be able to be able to be crafted into gold and jeweled

I use the custom recipes mod to do just this. It lets you define shaped and shapeless recipes in a text file.
Don't expect anything to change in *this* mod though.
Oh i have been using the custom stuff mod but i thought i would post a suggestion here in hopes that it would be supported locally and i could eventually remove the extra mod..
anyway it look realy nice
hope to see a config file and start to play with it so i can turn off all snow biome
I think I need to slab my floor.

If you're worried about permissions, mod pack permission is granted on the main post by mDiyo.

I've never heard or seen it call that. What I've seen has always referred to it as OP.

Happened to me with sakura and eucaliptus when using MFR (when it had support) and now with Steve's carts. Couldn't catch the exact moment when it happens, maybe something with chunkloading or server restarts.
That's all for now. Hope you enjoy these ideas!
