very cool! I will probably use this with my mod Voidtech, It is still being developed but progress is coming along nicely! (I will probably use this in order to make it so that everyone in our modding group gets a special cape depending on what they do for us)

This "API" doesn't work one bit with the txt for dropbox way. The only way it works is by adding users through code. Resulting in this API's point utterly useless.
I'll try one last time, and if it doesn't work.... Oh well.
Nice lib.
I'm probably going to use if for TeamStats and / or MineVideo, if I get the time and attention to do it.
The only thing that irks me about this is that I'm not supposed to edit the source classes. There's only (3) if I recall correctly, which aren't the most complex. Plus, I need more support for different kinds.
I'm going to use it, but I have to resist the urge to edit the files...

Nope. Doesn't work.
Set up your public folder correctly. See the FAQ. Also, make sure you can see it in your browser without logging into Dropbox, and make sure to have http:// or https:// in the URL section or it won't be recognized as a valid URL.

Different kinds of what? Capes, groups? You can make as many as you need. Just give the cape URL and uses associated with that URL/group and you should be good. Like this:

Thanks, I'll put that in the main post.
You're welcome.
Glad to hear that. Hope it works well.
Expected static method com.jadarstudios.api.developercapesapi.DeveloperCapesAPI.init(Ljava/lang/String;)V
??????
EDIT: My mistake I forgot to do .getInstance()
Cool
Glad to hear you got it working again.

And so on and so on.
I did all of that, it simply does not work.
Is your mod open source?
No, it isn't.
Also, make sure your URLs are not malformed.
Sent you a reply.
I figured out it was broken for 1.4.7. If you're still working with 1.4.7 I just fixed it. Should be all good.
