They do breed on their own. The more there are of that type in proximity, the higher the chance of it happening.
This mod looks amazing!
However, I think the focus should be more on updating it for 1.6 rather than continuing to add more things.
I would like to know if you are planning to make the mod 1.6 compatible and if you any time frame whatsoever even if it is only a very rough one.
Out of all the mods I have ever seen this one is my absolute favourite and I look forward to trying it out myself.
Yeah I love Jpog. But they don't always have the correct color for the dinosaurs.
Hmm... I'm not sure but I think that nobody really knows the correct colouring of dinosaur skins. We can at best make educated guesses...
Anyway, I think you should make as many different "themes" as possible, Raptorfarian =) Then people can choose what looks best in the chosen MC texture packs.

You know, instead of having the Culture Vat failing by chance, why not fail by neglect? It's not fair, Why can't there be an option to disable culture vat failure in the Configs? Because it would make dino spawns too easy? Failuresaurus will probably come after me, and kill me. I don't want that, I want the culture vat to fail upon reason!
New dimension ideas: Paleoraphe forests, Home to many small and medium carnivores( Compsognathus, velociraptor, Etc.) and some herbivores. And giant bugs if added. Jungles: REALLY tall jungle trees. Has large and small carnivores, And giant bugs, It also has small herbivores. Ice cap: It has all of the ice creatures. Savahna: Tall, dead grass. And yellow grass blocks. it is home to dodo birds, Gastornis, And small carnivores. Swamp: It has large carnivores: (not t-rex) And large groups of spinosaurus are there.
Oh and the savahna has Moa's.
And herbivores are in the savahna.
AND big bugs are in the swamp to.
Can't that all be in the same dimension? Otherwise, sounds good. Also if you want a Meganeura (big dragonfly) in the mod, ask 4f6f3b to add the Meganeura by Faeldspr. Like EXDragonith, he's an awesome artist! He even got help from him! Except Faeldspr didn't make that much models.....
So I have another question that I don't know if anyone can help me with. This one is about texture packs, since it seems like theyre all the rage on here all of a sudden. I've recently downloaded an amazing jurassic park themed texture pack (which has some issues, granted, like pink wool being yellow) but it doesnt cover the dinosaurs. I tried to put some of my favorite skins by Raptorfarian into this texture pack by copy and pasting the picture files under the mob folder for this mod, but when i hatched some dinosaurs to test it out they werent any different! I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Is there any way to do this?

Oh and also. Has anyone seen/played the Jurassic Park Builder app for iPhone/iPad? Some of the patterns for the creatures on there could be considered as well, especially the ones from the more evolved dinosaurs (evolved = higher in levels)
