Using IC2's macerator or Mekanism's enrichment chamber, you could macerate one iron ore to two iron dusts, smelt these to two iron ingots and then use the alchemizer to get two ores back. Maybe increasing the EV of the ores could help here. At least until there is a mod that tripples the outcome of ores.
Maybe you should just prevent the alchemizer from creating ores.
