I was about to say that the OP hasn't been active in years but apparently they were last online a few months ago (last post in 2018 though, just have no idea why so many people still visit the site but no longer post anything, what is even the point of a forum then?). All the download links are also broken (AdFly, which was never reputable to begin with (uBlock Origin blocks me from visiting them without confirmation), and now they all redirect to "Linkvertise", which says it has a "text file" that is 42 bytes but it forces me to either pay or wait an hour and I don't know if the "file" is the original URL).
You can bypass it by many internet resources, I'm using Bypass dot city - you can use it too. But If you afraid of that type of services, I can provide you direct link to this mod for 1.6.4 Minecraft version
