Hey,
I'd like to point out (I don't know exactly in which mod the problem lies, so I am sorry in advance if this has nothing to do with your side) that the phased pipes (from buildcraft, or BC addons, Idk) do not "phase" into your dimension.
They world alright with the nether, the end, mystcraft ages, twilight forest, but when I try to output items (mineworld -> overworld) or input energy (overworld -> mineworld) it doesn't work.
No problem, I'm just saying.

Do biome specific ores (Emeralds, gregtech's rubies, sapphires, ETC.) spawn in the mining world? if they don't, is there a way to make them do so?
Compact windmills: I don't like the rotor, but i do like the rate at which the windmills scale on 'hard mode' (8, 32, 126. 512, 2048) Would it be possible to add a 'medium' mode, where the mills don't need a rotor, but use the harder recipes?
edit: I'm also experiencing what i think is a bug: I try to light the portal and nothing happens.
edit edit: Said bug is gone after a restart of the client.

2. I tried to make it look like little blobs and then slime drips down but it didn't look right. So I went with this!
Mining Dimension mod seems to be working great. Can you confirm that the entire dimension is indeed just a flat(ish) plain? I can see that it has it's own biome name when pressing F3.
Seem to have hit a strange bug with the Mining World.
It was working fine for me yesterday, but now for some reason I cannot "light" the portal. I right click the frame, and nothing happens.
If I manually cheat in a aromic portal, and place just one, I can then enter the portal. If I try placing more touching, each of the portal pieces dissapears.
All I can imagine is that I added a couple of extra mods since yesterday, but can't imagine why they would cause this problem. No crashes or errors.
Also, Thaumcraft world gen occurs a lot in the mining world, lots of trees, barrows and obelisks.
Edit: Following on, I restarted minecraft, made a new map, and portal to the mining world are working again. Very odd!
Why not add some of you're own ores like tin, silver, rubies, the tools, armor,weapons and stuff like that to the dimension, that i'll make the dimension worth looking through. Then I will buy you a a set 64 of .

I found an issue, but I am 99% certain it is not a bug in your code.
I'm running a build locally that was based on the DNS pack that I then modified...took out a dozen or so of their mods...added a couple others.
The issue is that the Mining Biome is sometimes spawning in the regular world. I am pretty sure this is XtraBiomesXL mod that is cause this because it is grabbing all the available biomes.
Why not add some of you're own ores like tin, silver, rubies, the tools, armor,weapons and stuff like that to the dimension, that i'll make the dimension worth looking through. Then I will buy you a a set 64 of .
That's not the point of the mod. As it's name implies, it's a mining dimension, so most of it's worldgen should be based on the mods you have installed.
Adding the slime ore was a nice touch though.
Also there are spawning "Unusual Hives" from Magic Bees all over die Mining World.
Is this something for you or should i tell this the guy from magic bees ?
That's Magic Bees, it spams it's hives everywhere even in normal biomes.
Can you tell me why only forestry snow hives are spawning in the mining biome?
Can you tell me if you have any ores jacked up spawn rate wise?(Coming out with far more diamonds than i should)

I think also by default, the underground in the Mining World is more "solid" then the overworld (less caves, etc), so as a result, more valid areas for the rarer ores to make an appearance.
The download link to the latest Aroma1997Core is currently a .zip file which doesn't work at all. While the v1.0.0.0 links to a .jar file which gives the error above.

Sweet, not a major problem, just an easy source of the greatwood trees.
Great little mod that does what it "says on the tin" without adding a million of other needless things.
power doesn't transmit through power pipes at all!
works in overworld and nether... weird.
at the moment i'm resorting to using power converters to get bc energy to quarrys.
That's Magic Bees, it spams it's hives everywhere even in normal biomes.
