The readme and the OP do not solve modpacks, getting mods from friends, or people who only search for the download link. You'd be surprised how aggravating some of the FTB users can be, as can the ones who think that I mod for money or professionally or what have you. I need a solution that applies to everyone, and that solution can only happen in-game.
I am getting some good feedback on this; keep them coming.
There is no solution, not even an in-game solution, that is ever going to do this for you for the people you describe.
I hope this is better. It should only pop up once.
Yes, I can get angry and be immature sometimes. I don't like it when others trounce on my beliefs.
mDiyo - I understand how you feel when someone else looks down on you etc. Totally, I Sympathise!
Instead of "cross-mods bugs" you could say "cross-mods incompatibilities", bugs sort of indicate that the mod is badly constructed but incompatibilities says more and is probably what is happening right now.
I do however agree with the people above... It's time to stop the hate

Seriously, man you just don't get it. The answer to these problems is respect. You don't have to like him, or his mod, or support him. But don't be disrespectful. Be the bigger man, be what you want him to be, treat him how you want to be treated.
Would you like a message jumping up calling you a negative influence. If not remove that line.
Off-topic reply with several thoughts:
Is there meant to be a difference in the smeltery built from nether pieces?
No matter how I install it I can never seem to make the chiseled nether smeltery blocks.
I also don't know how get the smeltery recipes to show in NEI and could use a little guidance as to how you add that. (The ones with the pics of the smeltery and shows the liquids.)
In my opinion it is too easy to double ores right away with this mod, but I love the way you do everything. Could there be an option (tho I'd suggest it as a permanent change) to make is to the clay/sand/gravel smeltery only has either a chance of extra ingots or always makes a set amount of extra nuggets rather than ingots. Make the nether blocks version give a higher chance. I would even suggest that maybe more tanks on the controller's level could increase the amount given.
Say you have the Controller and 1 Seared Tank, this would give you 2 extra nuggets. Every additional tank actually containing lava would then add two extra nuggets. 12 to a layer means controller + 11 tanks max giving 2 ingots extra and 4 nuggets.
If you can get it to do so I think it would be best to make it so you only get 2 nuggets extra and only if the tanks are on the bottom layer's outer ring. Center must be the standard block, but then 8 around it can be 'bonus' tanks, this limits the overworld smeltery to 1 ingot and 7 nuggets. Now that I've typed it up I think maybe a 1 nugget bonus overworld and 2 nuggets for nether version.
I just don't like how easy mods make it to double ores right away. I think there needs to be more of a standard for ramping up bonuses. I mean, it only takes a bucket of lava and (I think my math is right) 47 sand/gravel/clay and 1 glass to start doubling ores. It just seems too easy. I like that it does layers to increase available space, but there's no limit on the liquid that I've seen and the hopper makes the height pointless if you are not in a hurry. It's hard to work faster than it smelts when single player. If you implement this idea then maybe the lava tanks could also change the smeltery's speed. Slowing down the current amount without the bonus would seem right to me.

The nether smeltery pieces are meant for those who want to survive solely in the Nether. For those that don't wish to do this, I suppose they really only serve as an aesthetical choice.
The mod you're looking for is NEIPlugins, by the way.
Probably for the better that we don't say anything bad about Greg in the message, even though anyone not part of his inner circle would tell you just how toxic he is.
Any objections now?
Edit: I've asked King Lemming for help on this. I'm about as biased as you can get...
AndaleTheGreat: The Nether Smeltery needs to be differentiated from the original one somehow. It's only 50% done.
- Nobody have the right to say bad things about nobody. There are things that you need to keep in yourself.
Ok, right, so nobody is allowed to have differing opinions, and they should bottle it up despite it being a proven stress generator. Gotcha, thanks for the insight.
Cat_Of_Destiny: The error is pointing me at thermal expansion, not MFR. The only time I've seen a similar error is when IC2 experimental had some changes in later versions. You might try an older or newer version of that.
Kodehawa: I'll keep that in mind.
ShadowDrakken: They're content related. User interaction and game dynamic alterations that go above the technical level aren't easy to deal with.
stardustrider: Defaults are 100x more important than how configurable things are. Most people don't change them.
EnzerDeLeo: I'm on all three blacklists. One of them has a chance to corrupt any world I log into. This is the real source of my problem.
A number of people have been unbanned from the TConstruct channel. You're free to come back and discuss anything you like. Just keep it civil. :3
This flame war has been going over 7 pages long. There is no reason for it to progress this long. If anyone needs to disscus anything more regarding problems related to this mod, please do so in the official Tinker's Construct IRC channel, #TinkersConstruct. Thank you, and have a nice day.
ShadowDrakken: I won't be revisiting it. The block break event is not the problem here. Replacing blocks so they're a different block entirely when you mine them is.
Noticed you can't put luck on arrows anymore, probably due to people smacking stuff with the arrow and getting loot, can you put luck on the bow and get the same effect? Or is there no way to increase loot by shooting stuff with a bow anymore?
TBH, i have NEVER EVER got ANY problem with TConstruct and GT working together. I got 120 mods running together, without lots of major issues(most issues are the mod bugs themself no cross-incompatibilities).
Where the FK are u talking about?

Are you playing Sleepless Horrors? Let me know what you think!

If nothing else, how about rolling the feature directly into TC's own tools?
Yup... not that it matters it's water under the bridge.
