There seems to be a bug with Leaf Fletchings: I can only use Oak Leaves. Jungle, Birch, Spruce, and mod leaves do not work, despite Forge Dictionary. Is this a bug, or intentional? Or do I need to update again? Or is another mod doing this? Or- I don't know why I care actually. I just noticed and thought I should report it. Also, you should be able to use Grass, Ferns, and Paper for Fletchings. I love my arrows in case you couldn't tell.
Are bows from TConstruct version 1.4.4 associated with any significant framerate drop? Cause severe framerate drops to happen to me when a bow from the mod is in my hand, all other tools in hand don't affect framerate. The forge version used is 9.10.0.798, minecraft version 1.6.2. Any insight as to what could be causing this? Thanks for any advice I can get.
this is a known issue -- please use the dev builds.

that was fixed recently, and will be in the next dev build
Also, crash bug in said version, all I was doing was fighting mobs and the smeltery was just sitting there idling:

EDIT: I think I know why. An endermen happened to teleport inside my smeltery and I think that's what may have caused it. Not positive, but when I booted my world back up I found an endermen sitting inside.
EDIT 2: A closer look showed that the controller block had been replaced with a seared brick, but you could right click it and still access the interface. It was completely empty though.
, the only thing I can't stand is leaving bugs that should be resolved before moving to a newer version of Minecraft, what would happen if you left your car at the garage to fix your cracked windshield or a flat tire, and the mechanic told you, sorry we don't support this model and year anymore please purchase a new car... Its like that with Minecraft modding,
Well, for starters you'd be paying your mechanic. Instead of asking them to do it for free. If not, you're bad and should feel bad. How much, ballpark figure, have you paid mDiyo and company? And don't start with the ad-fly crap - with the figures I've seen, it's barely enough to cover my private host, and this mod offers direct links and source code.
Dodge34: Most of the bugs people find weren't known before we moved on. It isn't that they were left for everyone to see; it's that we can't fix what we don't know is wrong.
If you want to compare me to a mechanic, fine. I take commissions for writing code, and if you want things fixed in 1.5.2 then you are free to pay me for my time. If not, then perhaps you shouldn't take it so personal when you got the mod for free? ^^;;
As for you being "stuck" with 1.5.2, that's a personal choice. It's been two months since 1.6 came out and I have made a personal choice to stop updating for older versions of Minecraft.
AntiLP: Auto-Smelt works by grabbing the block's drops. It's smelting the clay balls, not the block.
Major Cooke: Liquid Ender should be registered. Weird...
ADBard: adf.ly covers my low electricity bill, and that's about it. Last month it also covered hosting, but last month had roughly 2x as many downloads as usual.
Major Cooke: Liquid Ender should be registered. Weird...
I can confirm that Liquid Ender reads as "Null" in the Smeltery Control Block. If you want a screen shot, I will provide it. but it\s not that hard to replicate.
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
Life is a Learning Curve.... Unfortunately, you're stuck on the bottom...amongst the bones of the stupid.
Nice to know that adf.ly help a little bit, I was sceptical about how much you could make out of this, I totally understand that you're developping for free and I really appreciate your work. Kuddos for this awesome mod seriously.
Working on a heavily modded pack, it takes a lot of time to do all the stuff a mod offers, if I had to start back from scratch each time a new version of Minecraft is released, I would barely touch anything in most mods, that's why I made the choice to stay behind the Minecraft updates for now at least, I do some vanilla play on the latest edition of Minecraft (I just started a brand new world in the latest snapshot) but I prefer to stay vanilla in this cause I know if I wanted to start installing 1-2 mods, I would end up spending too much time on it and wouldn't enjoy the 1.5.2 heavy modded edition so much...

Indeed. I'm thinking it's because it appears to be a Thermal Expansion dependency, unless, mDiyo, you made your own liquid ender?
Hey mDiyo. I have a bug report for 1.5.2 (direwolf20 pack)
I have a thaumium shovel and it broke so I thought if I add a diamond to it, it might fix it... so when I did it gave it 500 durability.... but it was still broken, here's picture proof http://poppysworld.webs.com/apps/photos/photo?photoid=184463811 (my website)

It only adds +500 durability to the general durability not to the current durability. Try to put the shovel and a Thaumium Ingot in the Tool Station to repair it.
Upon launching MC 1.6.2 in the new launcher the game starts up but as soon as I try to open a world, i get this error message. I have glsl shaders mod installed using Forge(so i don't think i have optifine anywhere in here) and i also have Natura installed.

the shaders mod is doing something it shouldnt be with our rendering code
mDiyo: I was wondering if you could please add compatibility for your base tools (Picks & Hatchets) for ComputerCraft Turtles. I am asking because your tools are in many cases better then the Diamond tools from Minecraft and are needed to mine many of the materials with out destroying them. Please?
How do I disable the Nether mobs? To the haters: not everybody has the same idea of fun. Red creepers are not my idea of fun. I want them disabled. Deal with it and stop worrying about how I want to play my game.
To the not-so-haters: is there any way to disable either 1) all of the mobs of this mod or 2) specific mobs?
I've looked through the config but there's nothing there.

the nitro creepers are from natura not from Tinkers, and there is no config option for them.

This is not possible, as every single combination of material, and modifier would need to be registered with computercraft causing extreme amounts of additional resources needed, not to mention this would be EXTREMELY OP.

This is the line you're looking for in the config to disable the Nitro Creepers:
B:"Activate Nitro Creeper Spawns"=true

Life is a Learning Curve.... Unfortunately, you're stuck on the bottom...amongst the bones of the stupid.
this is a known issue -- please use the dev builds.
which version are you using? that was fixed recently, and will be in the next dev build
ProgWML6
Also, crash bug in said version, all I was doing was fighting mobs and the smeltery was just sitting there idling:
EDIT: I think I know why. An endermen happened to teleport inside my smeltery and I think that's what may have caused it. Not positive, but when I booted my world back up I found an endermen sitting inside.
EDIT 2: A closer look showed that the controller block had been replaced with a seared brick, but you could right click it and still access the interface. It was completely empty though.
If you want to compare me to a mechanic, fine. I take commissions for writing code, and if you want things fixed in 1.5.2 then you are free to pay me for my time. If not, then perhaps you shouldn't take it so personal when you got the mod for free? ^^;;
I do believe he was saying that the auto smelt was giving him 1 (one) brick as apposed to 4 (four) bricks (one per clay ball)
I can confirm that Liquid Ender reads as "Null" in the Smeltery Control Block. If you want a screen shot, I will provide it. but it\s not that hard to replicate.
Life is a Learning Curve....
Unfortunately, you're stuck on the bottom...amongst the bones of the stupid.
I have a thaumium shovel and it broke so I thought if I add a diamond to it, it might fix it... so when I did it gave it 500 durability.... but it was still broken, here's picture proof http://poppysworld.webs.com/apps/photos/photo?photoid=184463811 (my website)
Now whenever I try to spend a good few seconds in this mod, it instantly dies and boots me out of the game.
