i have a question about the reinforced and smite modifier
is the reinforced modifier additive or multiplicative?
for example, reinforced V is 1-10%*5=50% chance to consume OR (1-10%)^5=59% chance to consume?
also, how does each consecrated soil affects the smite effect?
for example, smite 1/36 & smite 2/36 & smite 36/36 etc.
the above three smites should be all smite Lv 1? but when I hit zombies and skeletons, it requires me different number of hits...
can someone test the infinite EU glitch on the 1.6.2 version? it's still definitely present in the latest 1.5.2 download.
also, dire spotlight, yay!

i keep making the same mistake, i think "oh, i've given them a few months, surely it'll be fixed by now" THAT is why i seem to ALWAYS be angry to some of you, my advice is to get the lead out.
there were nice things here, until the mod author threw a tantrum.
Really great work here. Probably one of my favorite mods thus far! Shame that Minecraft doesn't have much in the way of multi-texture support with shader or material files to control it. Would really cut down on the amount of textures needed for the various tools and weapons for sure.
My friend found mistake in TConstruct.class (\mods\TConstruct_1.6.2_1.4.dev.23.zip\tconstruct\TConstruct.class)
As he sain' there is some stange symbols in one place where they shouldn't be, like so:
...registerVillagerSkin %^$ (ILnet/minecraft/util/ResourceLocation;)V...
Hi, I am using the FTB Unleashed beta pack, and for some reason I cannot make netherbricks. I tried both putting it in a crafting grid with a chisel (manyllulyn) and using the chisel on it by right clicking on the block, but neither worked.
the durability of a tool, like a pickaxe, is determined by the material its crafted of. for example, an iron pickaxe head will give the tool a durability of 250.
depending on the handle, you choose to craft together with the pickaxe head, your finished tool will have a lower, or higher durability.
a tool rod, made of green slime crystals will give it a multiplier of 2.0 for example. this means, a pickaxe with an iron head and a green slime tool rod, will have a total durability of 500.
additionally, some materials have special properties. a netherrack tool rod would grant a handle modifier of 1.2 to the durability of the pickaxe head. so a pick made with a steel head (750 base durability), and a netherrack rod would give you a pickaxe with a durability of 900 (750 * 1.2), and stonebound as a property (increased mining speed, the more the pickaxe is damaged).
Thanks a lot! I was confused if it modified speed or durability... Although the only thing that sword and other tools have in common is durability so i should have thought of that.

Is there any chance of seeing an electric modifier for other power systems besides IC2? Buildcraft power seems quite popular lately, and several mods have ways to charge electric tools now.
lumber and war axe attack in a 1x9. so you should only get 9 woodz per chop.
The Lumber Axe does not have a 1x9 range. That is the battle axe. The Lumber Axe will chop trees to a height of something such as 30. If a lumber axe does not find a tree, then the lumber axe resorts to a 3x3x3 area to clear of wood

Netherbricks are made in vanilla by smelting netherrack into bricks then putting them like normal bricks into a crafting grid.

Also, I've flipped shovel textures for Tinker's Construct and ExtraTiC for a more realistic-looking animation, check here: http://www.minecraft...hovel-textures/
curious whats the rate of Auto-repair on tools with Moss on em?
Very very low.
Bug report: Using a TC pickaxe on the microblocks from CB's Forge Multiparts does not reduce the tool's durability. (tested on mossy stone brick slabs/corners/pillars).
Using TC 1.4.1.7 and forge multipart 0.0.0.59 (enough 0's there CB?).
Interesting some of the bugs people are finding. They're all the random things I didn't check because liquids were so broken.

Each level of reinforced adds another 10%.
There is not a way to disable the doubling. Curious, why would you want to?

But at the same time you can stack repair as well. It's led to my latest attempts at making a balanced repairing tool.
I would have never thought of this had I not see the mention of "bones" in the page for necrotic bone as a modifier. =p
