Metallugy works or not, I'm confused. THIS MOD IS AMAZING! really would love to have a Broadsword made of mythril, of a shadow iron cross and a steel holder (?) *-----* This mod is perfect and has a much better system than the one MR is trying to have. The aluminium and copper and bronze are from the original mod? just some question, sorry ><
Metallurgy is not compatible with the Tinker tool creation system. You can run both mods side by side, however. You simply choose which type of creation system to use whenever you want to make a tool.
"The aluminium and copper and bronze are from the original mod?"
What do you mean by this?

Thank you in advence.
Thank you for posting your question with screenshots and information instead of just claiming 'it doesn't work'. That makes me alot less grumpy about the fact you didn't appear to read the OP.
All metal tool parts must be made by casting them with the smeltery. The Part Builder only works with Wood, Stone, Bone, Cactus, Thaumium, and Slime. I may be missing a couple materials. I do not have my game open to check at the time. Basically, anything not metal can be made with the part builder, anything metal is made with the smeltery.

Tinkers Construct adds:
Aluminum, Copper, Tin, Cobalt, and Ardite as Ores.
You can look in the Mighty Smelting book you acquire in-game for a list of the alloys Tinkers Construct and how to create them.
Do not ask for updates to mods. Mod authors tend to get annoyed with it. I'd have to double check, but I'm almost sure it's also against forum rules.
The 1.6 Update will happen whenever Diyo happens to finish coding for it. Do not take any estimation from Diyo as an absolute date. Do not expect 1.6 to happen quickly. Do not ask about 1.6. The OP will tell you when the 1.6 version is out.
I think that that was a debug message mdiyo forgot to remove, you are using an old version of TiC though, that message was removed a while ago, not mentioning the new features that were added.

Calm down Kraal, look at the part I quoted, it was a joke. I would never ask for an update in a serious manner, I hate seeing that spam too.
I started a new world in my private modpack and it seems like I can't make stone pickaxe heads in the part maker. I've attached screenshots of my problem.
It states the requirement is one of the material, there are clearly 24 cobblestone in the slot to the right and the same for smooth stone, neither seems to work however. Wood doesn't work either.
dont ask for update ETAs it will only delay the release as modders hate that question. also which version is the drying rack recipe for rotten flesh to leather added? i have my racks sitting on my wall for about 20 minutes to half an hour today and nothing is happening.
Let's say I have several mods on my client... Let's also say I have Twilight Forest and Tinker's Construct. Now, I want to be able to create Tinker tools using, say, Ironwood, and I want it to automatically give auto-repair to a tool. Neither mod automatically has the compatibility for tinkered ironwood tools, but I am brave enough to try to use Tinker API. How would I do this? Any help would be appreciated.

So... 1.6.2 dev version's out on Tuesday?
Also, can we have a bathtub? ...For completely innocent bathing reasons of course.

In short, update TiC, that should fix it.

Oh. That makes me sad. I'd rather have the silver berries =[
