A small request, I hope; could you remove the "Pirates" from PChan3's "SteamShip, SteamBoat and Pirates" mod? It spawns waaay too many pirate airships, and I can't figure out how to disable them.

What do you think about making a KeyConfig.cfg file? ^^ (ex:, my R key is already in use)
What is the Steamboat? How to see it in the world?
Btw, a heartfelt big thanks for your job. Offering to work on old abandonned mods by players requests is awesome. Maybe I'll come to you later ^^

You can make it with iron ingots instead of planks.
As for requests, I only answer those that follow my rules

Latest Formivore's has been giving me occasional lock-ups of the world. This is what prints to the console, but it does not actually crash the game. It only locks up, which forces me to manually close it:

You have to hit it multiple times in survival mode.

"DoubleWall.plan" is when the GreatWall mod do the math before building it.
From the looks of it, when loading a chunk, it recieve a null one.

Which version must I use please?
You can easily reproduce the bug.
Vanilla minecraft + Forge and New dungeon.
I compiled with version 7.8.0.716.
Could be a specific issue with your version of Forge.
I think I will make NewDungeons a Forge mod.
I am sorry annoying you again, but It happened... again. The world freezes and everything is just like i wrote above. So, I do not really know how to solve it, but I can give you as much information as I can:
- I use the latest version of the mod with some dense changes in the templates (I just removed the blazes in the sandstone cities and lowered the spawn rate for the underground cities).
- I run some other mods, but nothing that generates anything, just some ores.
- I use Minecraft 1.5.1 (I am too lazy to update ).
- Minecraft has 512 MB RAM to play with (Does that matter? I don't know).
- I tried to run the mod with different chunk loading settings with optifine ultra.
But, I am very happy that you implemented the /build command for the cities, it's really funny to mess around with that .
You used optifine too at that time, right ?
I suspect a conflict, though I can't easily reproduce it. Can you share with me your optifine version and settings ?
Logs would be nice too, and the world seed at best.
It could also be a bug in conversion to 1.5.1 or with Forge.
Does reloading the world fix the issue ?
Or in the templates.
Do they load correctly in the logs ?
@Orthonga
I will look into it very closely, but I might need Optifine author help on this
Edit:
It did happen once with optifine and formivore's on default settings when flying across an ocean.
Edit2:
And once again in a superflat world...i can see a pattern here.
I also noticed stairs placement is broken.
Announcement:
Steam Bikes is now finally updated !
Enjoy this little steampunk mod
- I lowered the spawn rate of the CARuins (extremely)
- I set the container width/length for the CARuins from 40 to 100 (for those fantastic looking maya pyramids - I love 'em )
So, I suppose that the increase of the container width/length is the problem, because that is the only thing I changed extremely. But, why did it worked in version 0.0.6 for Minecraft 1.5.1? Because when I played with that version, it worked without any problems.
Edit: The mod works wonderful with the Highlands mod, maybe you can incorporate this in your "compatible mods" list.
Could be...I have suspected some infinite loop to happen randomly with ruins.
Those settings increasing the failure rate could be a coincidence.
You should also consider how many blocks spawn with those huge ruins...it is nearly 200.000 blocks at minimum with those settings!
Hi! I have an issue with the Airship mod with my little self-hosted server.
For some reason I can put the items in a crafting table, and it shows the balloon, engine, etc. on the right side of the crafting UI, but I can't take click it and successfully take/craft it. That goes for all the parts. I even tried to shift click craft it and I can see it rapidly puts the item in my inventory for a split second, then reverts back to being uncrafted. As if it WANTS to but can't, for some reason.
In creative I can put the pieces in my inventory, as well as the full airship. After giving myself an airship, I found I also can't place the airship either, it just dissapears from my inventory when I try.
I can craft and use everything in singleplayer, however. It's just on the server.
Haven't used any mods in a long time, let alone try to use any for multiplayer, so I don't know if there's something else I have to do or am doing wrong. =/
Using the Latest Minecraft Forge and running 1.5.2 of Minecraft.
I have biomes o' plenty & the great wall/city mod both installed correctly and everything. I just dont understand how you set up the config to make cities spawn in the biomes o' plenty biomes, i have the cobble city set at a weight of 100 & min/max size at 500/1.0 freq so if one would have spawned i would not of missed it. so i was just wondering if i paste the
into the walled city config or the "cobblestone city" template to enable them to spawn in the new biomes or if i need to add a new line that says "BiomeBlockRule" and then the the list.
developers will once again be a long time to update and though they promised on March 25. Again, the wait 2-3 as well as HL3though .. there is an alternative Aether - Aurorae Dimension, but it only goes to 1.3.2, maybe it's worth it to upgrade

Using the Latest Minecraft Forge and running 1.5.2 of Minecraft.
Could be an item id conflict or a bad installation.
I don't think I could have derped with the recipes.
I uploaded a new version with a forge recommended config file, check if that fix it
I have biomes o' plenty & the great wall/city mod both installed correctly and everything. I just dont understand how you set up the config to make cities spawn in the biomes o' plenty biomes, i have the cobble city set at a weight of 100 & min/max size at 500/1.0 freq so if one would have spawned i would not of missed it. so i was just wondering if i paste the

That list is for ruins setting, but you can use it to get the biome names and add it to the "biome" rule in the city template.
Beware that Formivore's past version 0.0.8 might be broken at biome picking.
You may want to lower min size of cities to get higher chance.
In case of doubt, walledcity log should print the locations of cities.
There is a progress report about each next feature of Formivore's mods in the OP.
Did you try to use the /build command before asking ?
Look at pchan3.properties file, set Enable_Pirate to false.
And yes, it's going to be for 1.5.2 .
I don't know why you are telling me this.
Notes: working on steambikes again...

Muh? Google???
Which version must I use please?
You can easily reproduce the bug.
Vanilla minecraft + Forge and New dungeon.
"DoubleWall.plan" is when the GreatWall mod do the math before building it.
From the looks of it, when loading a chunk, it recieve a null one.
I will work on it.
Already fixed some time ago. I simply lowered its health.
I compiled with version 7.8.0.716.
Could be a specific issue with your version of Forge.
I think I will make NewDungeons a Forge mod.
Glad you like it
I will look into it very closely, but I might need Optifine author help on this
Could be...I have suspected some infinite loop to happen randomly with ruins.
Those settings increasing the failure rate could be a coincidence.
You should also consider how many blocks spawn with those huge ruins...it is nearly 200.000 blocks at minimum with those settings!
Using the Latest Minecraft Forge and running 1.5.2 of Minecraft.

developers will once again be a long time to update and though they promised on March 25. Again, the wait 2-3 as well as HL3though .. there is an alternative Aether - Aurorae Dimension, but it only goes to 1.3.2, maybe it's worth it to upgrade
http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/1168137-132forge-the-aurorae-v500-10000-downloads/
Could be an item id conflict or a bad installation.
I don't think I could have derped with the recipes.
I uploaded a new version with a forge recommended config file, check if that fix it
That list is for ruins setting, but you can use it to get the biome names and add it to the "biome" rule in the city template.
Beware that Formivore's past version 0.0.8 might be broken at biome picking.
You may want to lower min size of cities to get higher chance.
In case of doubt, walledcity log should print the locations of cities.
Aurorae isn't open souce, is it ?
