This mod is awesome, I've been playing it for a couple of months now on a friend's server. Just finished reading all 151 pages of this thread. I wanted to get the whole history/backstory of the mod and how it's progressed.
I've finally progressed in game to building the MK IV essence infused armor. My armor was damaged by a skeleton that tried to shoot me down as I flew by. I have been unable to find a way to repair the armor on the anvil. I've tried a diamond, an infused diamond, essence in all shapes and sizes... nothing seems to work.
Am I missing something?
I saw someone ask this question back on page 50- or 60-something and your reply indicated the ability to repair the armor had been accidentally left out and would be added.
I'm currently working on making a new set so I can enchant it, since the damage to the other set happened before any enchanting had taken place.
If the ability to repair the armor is in the mod, some guidance on how would be appreciated. If it's not, you might consider adding it to your list of things to include in a later update.

Hey, extreme essence should be working to repair that armor in an anvil, if that isn't working then it's a bug and I will have to fix it.

I threw it in an uncrafting table and it showed me I needed a new MK III chestplate to fix it... :/ seems kind of expensive at that point.. lol
As I said, I tried extreme essence, a diamond, an infused diamond and even an infused feather in the anvil. No go. I'd love to be able to repair it rather than spend the essence to rebuild it altogether. Thanks for looking into it.
I am running 1.7.10 version of minecraft and am having 1 issue with this amazing mod. The platinum seed recipe is showing 2 partialy grown nickle crops as the 2 components to the reciepe instead of ingots or blocks of the nickle or ferrous ingot or ore. Since it is imposible to create anything with partialy grown crops I would like to know how to fix the recipe. I tried invtweaks mod and makeing my own recipe using scripts to replace the broken recipe. I just wanteded to make plantinum seeds with 2 nickle/ferrous ore/ingots or nickle/ferrous seeds and 2 shiney/platinum ingots and 4 extreme esseces. I just want a reicpe to make the seeds for platinum seeds to not include imposiible halfgrown crops instead of the any version of the nickle/ferrous seed or ingot or ore block. I use the Mechanical Titan mod pack with the FTB launcher. Any fix help advice on how to do this in my current world be wonderfull. And thanks again for making such a great mod. This is my only issure with any part of the entire mod and I have been using this mod for months. I know that you said there may be bugs, if this is one and you need more info on my mod list and set oup or if other people are have an issue like me just ask I I will give configs, scripts added or removed mods from my list or whatever you need.
I love the latest version of this mod <3, makes getting resources a bit more fun instead of diggy diggy hole. I've been playing with it a long time and noticed a lot of the implemented stuff isn't documented such as the armors, infused coal and tools. I found out with the Mk IV armor there's a small bug with the fire resistance. You will take initial damage, but afterwards will be fine. I'm not sure if it's supposed to be like this, but figured I'd note it. I'm playing on my brother's Resonant Rise v2.9.3.4 pack on the ATLauncher, if it helps any. I also want to say the high-tier armor is a bit...overpowered with the creative like flying.
I can't be the only one with the messed up plantinum seed reicipe. I worked hard to get all the other seeds I just want to be able to grow my extra platinum ores. I love to mine but growing food is boring I love to grow ores and stuff.
alchemygear, that bug has been reported for several pages. A lot of the mod ore seeds aren't working. Platinum, ardite, cobalt... While we wait for Mark to fix it some of us are adjusting the recipes with Minetweaker or something similar.
There's a small trick I found out how you can get platinum, assuming you can make Shiny ingots. Make shiny seeds, turn it into a block, break down the block and it becomes platinum. Not sure if just not implemented or what, but it works.
I don't know what happened, but I haven't played in a couple of weeks. I get on after an update and I no longer can use MFR with Magical Crops. Anyone have a fix?
I'm lazy but want to try the 1.7 version, does anyone know of any modpacks with this?

1.7.10 0.1 BETA.
Has to be some other mod given I can get snowballs the traditional way fine.
In other news that's definitely a bug: Oil seeds aren't craftable, I do have Buildcraft installed (6.0.x)
