Ok, so sewer madness. Im not going to bother screenshotting it, but I replaced the flooring in all 4 pens in the new layout, so there are 100 sewers (thats 300 gold and 100 iron and 100 machine blocks). Still 8 each breeder chicken, cow, pig. A little hard to count babies, but it looks like 2 per meter, so 50 in there on average.
It keeps 3 composters running almost all the time. The power drain is horrific though, about 300k MJ per stack of fertilizer ( I slapped down full redstone storage cubes).
Also doesnt make sense using sewers in the sheep pen since they need grass to regrow their wool.
MFR machines all need either BC or IC2 power now, just a redstone pulse won't do anything. In fact, active redstone will now disable the machine
Ahh now it works. I used to play this a while ago when they worked more like redpower ones. Also I put a solar panel next to it to power it and the blocks it broke went into its inventory, not sure if thats a bug or not

They drop in adjacent inventories, the solar panel has one too, there's no real way to figure out that you didn't want stuff in a solar panel specifically. Just put a cable in the middle.
You might need to update if the redstone isn't disabling them that was only added in 2.0.2 or 2.0.3, I forget which.
Hey PC, just want to make sure you saw this, since I think you were already reading and replying when I was editing:
"I didn't have any issue with my lead (but mine is strictly TE). TE is a little funky the way it shows the recipes for the powered furnace (was with old version too). It shows however many of that netherore you have in your inventory as being what it needs to produce 1 ore block. When you smelt it though it does give 1 per 1 as it should. So it's just a minor thing. I dont know if it is on TE, Netherores or NEI's end. I guess should let KL and maybe Chickenbones know."
Also can we get the same yield out of the pulverizer as the macerator or is that up to KL?
Another minor feature request for MFR, you know how you can make torches and sticky pistons out of IC2 resin? (if you didn't you do now ) Would be nice if we could do that with MFR rubber.
By the way I haven't been able to find any yet, does it generate if you have IC2 rubber trees as well? I went into a swamp (newly generated) and I didnt find any of your trees. Plenty of IC2 trees. Could just be bad luck.

It probably is back luck. I have been finding them here and there. At first I did not even know they were from this mod, because to tell the truth I did not read through the whole OP.. or more like I skipped to the machines XD

Hey did you ever figure out which mod was giving you that message?

And yes, the redstone disabling was 2.0.2
The lead issue was that that guy had no lead ore block, but did have lead dust, so netherores didn't think it had to do anything. I have no idea how KL sets up his pulverizer recipes, I may have to talk with him about that (I already need to get with him about power converters...).
Also no I didn't know that. I'll have to see if I can set those up. I should really talk with the IC2 guys about setting up an ore dictionary entry for resin..
The trees should generate even with IC2 trees unless you turn that off, but IC2 trees will decrease the available space to put MFR trees (I'm pretty sure IC2 worldgen is happening first).
Cool.
Hey did you ever figure out which mod was giving you that message?
Yes it was a flight mod I am using, since I and my fiance want to fly while we build, but neither of us like using creative mod because it renders gathering of blocks pointless. It was hard to find out which because it was in the jar and I did not think in looking in there until I removed everything.
You broke the nether nikolite ore this upgrade. No use shows for it in NEI, putting it in various machines (pulverizer, smelter, furnace, macerator, even tried the alloy furnace) didn't do anything. Prior to the update iirc (god, it was only a few hours ago...getting old sucks) it turned into regular nikolite in the furnace.
Also the macerator is giving pulverized metal, which suits me just fine (I prefer the TE metals and it saves me having to use the lexicon (I get lazier every day)) but I dont know if that is intended or not.
I'll search harder for the trees. It was far from base and it started getting dark, and then I got killed and had to run back, and got killed again and almost ragequit. Other people are finding them so I'm sure I will. IC2 rubber is like that too, sometimes I have to search far and wide, other times they are everywhere.

Well, poo. And like the furnace it's just picking up the first dust it finds.
Just open MFR's config ("config/MFReloaded.cfg") and change the block ID to a free one. The forge auto-assigner isn't very intelligent and sometimes screws up.
I found the problem. With the modpack (Custom one, I have one for almost all versions) I'm using, IC2 is not very compatible I got rid of it along with the extra Buildcraft file. I don't need it.
Can you, possibly make a Minefactory version that doesn't include IC2 and Buildcraft? I can't run all of them at once, and the game crashes when I remove one of them from your mod =/
Powercrystals I will have to "make fun of you coding skills" I found this really nice bug with the auto enchanter, I found out how you make it work more or less, You check if the item in the top slot can be enchanted and if true it gets enchanted and uses the energy and juice up. This works fine for tools and weapons, and armor and anything else non-stackable, however in my messing around with,(great job with the harvester, just tweak some settings, now it chops down the ENTIRE fir tree, awesome) I wanted to see how it work, fiddle around with it, so I threw a stack of books in, and got a full stack of enchant efficiency 3 books out, I laughed pretty hard.
Edit: also my 42nd post lol
