I apologize if this has already been addressed, but is there a listing somewhere of most up to date stable releases of these mods for the last few Vanilla versions?
Over the last few days I have been working on setting up a server with a collection of mods that include several not yet compatible with 1.5. I downloaded the 'current' version of the core mod and flat bedrock here and then just kept a link to the thread so I could come back to download MFR, NO, and PC, but when I came back the op had been updated so it no longer links a 1.4.7 compatible version of MFR and NO.
I am guessing that MFR would be build 290 and NO would be build 33 by looking at the change notes on jenkins, is that correct?
Even if that is correct, that was tedious, and less than certain, especially for MFR, so a list would be nice.
That.. is amazing! Hope TC3 updates soon so I can move on to 1.5 and give it a whirl!
Very minor suggestion, it would be nice if there were some indication of the color the plates are attached to from the front, and/or some way to change them.. so you don't have to dig a hole to see/change the one your redstone torch is on, for example.
Anyways, someone get Direwolf to check this out xD
Power converters: Good catch, the op links build 29, but not a big issue as that is just missing the version file update.
MFR: Much thanks for the clarification that those sprite changes weren't part of finalizing 2.3.2, although the version isn't updated to 2.3.2 till build 289 (288 and 289 are only version file changes)

Wow. Eloraam must have gone and started Greenpower, because she's so envious of the extreme awesomeness of Rednet.
I have one question that might be a little simple, but there's only one thing I usually need to use logic blocks for.
How would I make a simple timer? Like, 1 second off pulse, 1 second on pulse, would work just fine for what I'd be using it for.
And another dev question: Will we see a (somewhat less extensive) power equivalent of Rednet for energy transport? Maybe without most of the functionality of the awesome new logic block, but still with the bundled wires?

That would be pretty cool, I imagine that would probably fit somewhere in with power converters. Maybe a module for it that lets you apply the same logic above but with power? Could be cool.
Square wave generator is the same as a timer (look up what a square wave is on wikipedia if you're lost). I suspect I'm going to need to do an EE 101 post when this thing gets released to explain how to do the simple stuff.
I don't think I need to reiterate how awesome that RedNet system looks, PC.
But I do have a question about the controller blocks!
Will they be able to connect up to multiple networks at once-- for example, taking inputs from one side and sending outputs to the other? I can see their functionality being somewhat limited otherwise, with only 16 total input and outputs possible, especially with more than one circuit in the same block.
Good work on the Rednet stuff. Gonna really appreciate having a painless timer.
I notice the faces for inputs/outputs of the rednet cables have a red decorative trim. Would it be possible to have that color be changeable/reflect the color of the cable it is firing? Would make levers connected to the network a little easier to troubleshoot.
A list of the recommended builds for 1.4.7 would be greatly appreciated.
EDIT: Hah, 420 posts... You're only 6 away from 1337 posts.
Yeah, like I said, possible weekend project. MFR 2.3.2 was #287. The rest don't have nearly as many to sort through, look for ones whose files don't have a "B" or "RC" in the name.

This is something I'm still thinking about. I'm leaning towards just giving it 5 input buffers (front face can't be connected), but that's going to make the UI even more crowded...
Wouldn't it be better if you for example divided such large mod into few smaller ones?
For example red ore/farming/bricks separatedly? Why? Because i'm type of person (probably not just me) who doesn't like to change his miecraft alot and if i'd download some mod then only because it adds some very important features for my map. (this new redstone cable.. just must-have).
And question #2, does this mod work with twilight forest (adds tons of new items, new dimension) and big trees mod?
Big trees mod is... imo one of the best ones. Just makes your trees extra uber big.
Adds about 4~~ items which are just new saplings.
I'm pretty sure u can find it via twilight forest mod topic or something like that. (im new to forum and searching would take me ages)
#1: I have a finite amount of time, and a vanishingly small amount of people actually use only parts of broken-up mods like that. For the amount of effort it would take, this is just not worth it.
#2: Neither I nor Emy have any idea what Big Trees is. If you want support for it, you'll need to find us a link - we can't keep up with every mod in existence.

I want to do this, but that will take renderer changes so I need to get the artists to help me. No ETA.

Thanks.
MFR 2.3.2 (build 287).
Power Converters 2.2.2 (build 30).
Nether Ores 2.0.6 (build 33)
Flat Bedrock 1.0.3 (build 16), a little less sure on this one, because there are 3 jars in the build products for that update.

Ugh. I'll see if I can promote that to stable before I leave for work.
You could spend a year digging through the jenkins for the right builds, but I want to get a real list going at some point. Probably this weekend.

KBI Enriched Gravel Mod -- sift out nuggets and chunks and make gravel useful! (Outdated)
Tinker's Construct Recovery Addon -- get back some of your half-used tool materials! (Outdated)
I was wondering the same thing.

I also answered basically the same question last page. These are the last stable releases from 1.4.7: http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/1629898-151-powercrystals-mods-15-updates-are-here-rednet-cable/page__st__1520#entry21913402
