Thanks a bunch! Seemed to work nicely. Though another strange thing happens now. It doesn't crash but when NEI's Native WAILA function tries to identify the ore it flickers between certus quartz certus quartz ore and certus quartz dust strobing between the three.
Yes the default behavior is based on drops, and since the drops are random it flickers.

Wow! And just creating the singularity consumes a TON of stuff. I even lowered it from 256k to 64k and I'm still having trouble getting the resources needed.

I have one question, is there a way to ensure I always have X amount of something?
Lets say I've got a system to auto smelt sand into glass, but I always want to have some sand on hand to create pure seeds or sandstone. I tried the ME Interface, but the UI is different than previous versions and there's no in-game help. How can I tell the system to create the glass, but always keep 4 stacks of sand (or 8 or whatever)?

you can configure the system with an export bus + level emitter into a interface to auto craft up to a pre-determined amount.

You likely need more pylons to lower the power cost. - other wise you'll need a 89x89x89 cube of energy cells.
A Cube of energy cells 11x11x11 could store that much, as for generating it that depends entirely on you mod pack.
Also is AE2 safe for use on 1.7.10?

AE2 is for 1.7.10 the stable 10 or the lastest beta.
