I installed it. It works fine, but the crosshair stays in the center. I believe this is because I installed advanced HUD. Can you find a workaround? (I use 1.5.2, by the way.)
Hey there Sabar, I did a video showing off this mod along side animated players, thought you might want to see it. Feel free to put it in the OP if you wanted
About the issue regarding GLSL Shaders and this mod, the issue is only present if dynamic shadows are a part of the shader pack. At least, that was the issue with me and the shader pack I was using.
I hope this all helps you, and helps to make this mod more compatible with shader packs.
Hey, weird bug. Whenever I back into a wall, or, you know, put the crosshair inbetween me and the wall and It's supposed to zoom in and not show your head... you get the point. Anyway, whenever I do that, not only do I disappear, but in multiplayer, all the other players vanish as well, leaving shadows. This can really harm my chances in a spleef, or PvP, or a Shotbow Network Minigame. Okay, point is, is there a way to fix that problem? Thanks.
Is there a way to separate the crosshair so that one half renders at the exact position of the player's aim, and the other half renders at the center of the screen?
This is the one feature that is missing that prevents me from installing, and loving, this mod.
Read the entire thread just to see if anyone else suggested it. Aaaanyway, good luck!
Honestly, You should update this, this mod is one of my favorite mods and being that its not updated i am sad because i HATE the regular third person mode i like the shoulder surfing mod better now so please keep this comment in mind and update the mod
I'm loving this mod, and found a Compatability Issue between it and the GLSL shaders....
When the dynamic cursor is on, it fails to target the block that it's hovering over, it tends to jump to the left of the character and not adjust well.
If you need a screenshot, I'll gladly snap one for you.
This mod is great. Gives a very Skyrim-esque feel to 3rd person (especially with depth-of-field shaders, try it out!), mix in some capes/backtools and you can kiss first-person goodbye!

Don't trust him. He's a creeper. Well, he won't blow up, but still.
