I know its for 1.6.4 when I use 1.6.4 with forge 1.6.4 it doesn't even open

It's pretty likely that this mod will be updated to 1.7.10. The reason Tihyo wasn't able to update is because he's using Mac, and he was unable to work in 1.7.10, but since he's now able to update the Godzilla mod to 1.7.10, I'm pretty sure he can do the same to this mod. But I'm not stating a fact - I'm just assuming it'll happen.

Xman you have it set to 1.7.10 not 1.6.4
