You took the time to write out all your issues so im gonna help you out! Theres a mod out there called ID Resolver: http://www.minecraft...-sort-of/This little bad boy pretty much lets you not worry about ID Conflicts.
The issues you've been experiencing is called ID block/ID item conflicts, this occurs when you have multiple mods running together. Forge stated they would be cleaning this problem up and yet we still battle the same old ID conflict issue. Im not knocking on Forge.... well actually yes I am; don't state you will make all mods integrate with each other and not bring this idea to fruition.
I digress, hamada147 the reason why your getting seed bags when smelting and having odd item/block problems in general is the conflicts. What I would do in your case is try installing ID Resolver and running it on your current client setup; make a backup of your world/save. If you don't you could destroy it. Let the ID resolver run, every time it asks you about an ID hit the "save and continue" button. When this button becomes grayed out and it will, click the "automatically assign a new ID" it should be about 4 or 5 buttons down from the save continue button.
Good Luck,
W0LF, you need to read instructions better, from what it sounds like, your having an error almost as old as MC. Make sure after you install forge you delete the META-INF file in your client, even though there is one in the forge folder. I have left the forge meta-inf file in my .jar and had the black screen issue, save some time and always delete that META-INF file from your client .jar.
Finally I would like to know when this mod is going to be updated to 1.4.7..... Yes yes I know it runs on 1.4.6 but I've been getting errors while running it along side several other mods, Computercraft, Steve's Carts, Twilight Forest, Greg Tech, Thermal Expansion, Portal Gun and Gravity Gun, Railcraft, Forestry, Universal Electricity mods. Theses mods and several others work fine together, as soon as I added Traincraft I could not run it on my private server. The client would load fine and the server would load fine as well but I wouldn't be able to log into the server without the client going to a black screen and crashing. After tinkering around with it and ID Resolver, I was able to set the priority of the mod to load before any other mod besides flans; which apparently needs to load before any mod does. At this point my client was able to log in but only for 15 to 30 secs before the entire client crashed again to black screen. No crash report is generated in the "crash-reports" folder, any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks for taking the time to read this!
thank you i will try it out and tell you if it worked
well it worked at first but the seed bag problem is still exist and now it's with other staff as well and when i try to use it ( seed bag )
the game crash

Ok Hamada, This is what I would do in your situation, I would start with a fresh .jar, save your .minecraft in another file. Then follow these instructions
1. Install forge in the .jar, start MC and make sure all the files are loaded
2. Drop ID Resolver into the core mods folder, start MC
3. Take your first mod, which ever one you like the most and drop it in the mods folder, Start MC
4. Continue this until all mods are in, the reason you would start MC after you put a new mod in, is to let ID Resolver take a look at it and give it a block ID if it needs one.
By doing this there is a chance that you will probably need to regen your world, since the ID blocks have changed. I don't see any other option though, if you don't want to restart your who world, I would just MC edit your structures to the regen world. Same seed = same world generation. Good Luck!

thank you very much
it actually worked perfectly
dude you are awesome
I love how no matter how many other mods I throw at this it works seamlessly. Running a 90 slot server with Voltz Mod Pack as well as Traincraft, ExtrabiomesXL/Biomes O' Plenty, Forgetten Nature, and BiblioCraft.
thank you very much
it actually worked perfectly
dude you are awesome
Haha just glad I could help, its just hours and hours of mod pack making. I've probably spent a total of 48 hours putting mod packs together and getting them to play nice. Enjoy your buggy free world!
I was hoping to submit my WIP modpack "Craft Punk" to be a third party FTB distributed PUBLIC mod pack (for reference, I've been privately working with friends on this mod pack for more than 3 months now) with Traincraft included. Do I have permission to do so?
pretty nice mod, one of my friends would love this. however, there are some problems; cant access crafting table or furnace on work cart, zeppelin moves with mouse, not with keyboard keys, jukebox fails to work at all, the carts sometimes get stuck trying to get around bend in track.
also, i wish you could configure it to have you leave the trains when you jump; that way, i can use the bow at attacking skeletons and stuff. btw, i like how when any mob touches the train while moving how they get damaged and sent flying!
I just about had a fit when I saw this. Love trains. If no one else has suggested it yet, could there big a 4-8-8-4 Union Pacific Big Boy added at some point? That is my favorite train and I would love to use it in Minecraft.
I have the newest versions of everything, but there is an item conflict at slot 255 (possibly more afterwards) between TrainCraft and RedPower2. If crash report is specifically needed i can provide it.
A google search points to corrupted files ... try and re-install your modpack and see if this clears the issue, if not ... try the next suggestion.
Could just be a lack of memory - sometimes you will crash, as opposed to get booted to the splash where MC tells you it ran out of memory, i noted that your minimum is 256mb and max is 1gb.
do you use a 64bit machine? (and 64bit java)
If your computer is a 64 bit machine, firstly make sure your operating system is 64bit - and then google and download the latest version of 64bit java, try and get it from the Oracle website and make sure its JRE not JDK.
Once youve installed that, reboot your computer and then load the launcher, go to options and see if you cant allocate more system memory to minecraft. (this again, is assuming that you can)
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
i play alot of games ... some of them im good at ... some of them ... not so much, well no ... i just plain suck at the latter portion ... you'd think that in 20 years of gaming, id learn ...
thank you i will try it out and tell you if it worked
the game crash

Haha just glad I could help, its just hours and hours of mod pack making. I've probably spent a total of 48 hours putting mod packs together and getting them to play nice. Enjoy your buggy free world!

I was wanting to disable the zeppelin and helicopter, and anything above Steam Trains, is there a way to do that?
Also, any chance we can get a config file to change itemIDs? I'm getting a conflict with my Magic_World pack.
How?: Logging in near a train workbench
