I'm thinking that it might be a conflicting issue with Ars Magica, but World Gen isn't spawning. Nor are Angry Zombies. I tried Retro World Gen and it still didn't help. Any solutions?
Ars Magica doesn't affect Thaumcraft Worldgen in my experience. What biome mods are you using?
Angry Zombie issues are likely to either be biome mod or Mo Creatures related. Your forge logs list of mods would help us to give you more precise advice at this stage.

Trying to use an infusion altar with the crucible bubbling a block away. Setup the pattern for wand of the adept. It says it needs 16 Praecantatio. Put necessary items in crucible for 16 Praecantatio and right click on the crucible. Magical sound and water/bubbles go away. Go to the infusion altar and put my wand in the slot but I can't create the wand?

Don't click the crucible, the liquid needs to be there.

I've installed it before, but now whenever I install it(Install forge universal, drop thaumcraft zip into mods folder) Minecraft starts, it displays the Mojang screen, then just goes to a black screen. Edit: Never mind, I've figured out the problem! I used the download in the installation instructions, which downloads an outdated version. Anazor, ya might want to update that.

Did you delete the META-INF file before putting forge in?
Ooookay... Found a few odd little issues with 3.0.5d... They may be caused by the other mods I have installed. No logs or anything so I don't really know the cause.

(Note that I am also using the Rakepack 16x texture pack, which due to Minecraft's new Texture handling, should work fine without any special compatability with mods... Right?)
The Problems:
1. Clay Golem Interface Golem Model (Only tested with Clay) Texture is missing, but ingame model is fine.
2. All golems have NO name what-so-ever, but they still have the little sub-tooltips with stuff like "smart" or "strong". (Note that they can still be placed and work just fine.)
3. Magic Hand Mirror, oddly, will not transport anything to the connected mirror, even when both are in the same loaded chunk, and there is aura. The interface works, but placing things into it doesn't do anything.
4. Warded glass texture seems to be missing the little rune-like bits when placed... This may have just been an update I missed.
Also, just wondering, am I the only one a bit... ticked off by the random 32x item textures thrown about? I mean, nice textures are fine, but if you're going to add 32x textures, at least make everythingfrom your mod the same resolution in one update... I'd actually prefer it if he returned the 16x boot/thaumonomicon/other stuff textures, and left the 32x stuff to 32x texture pack compatability. That being said, I'd be really happy if Azanor made a texture pack in any resolution that went along with Thaumcraft's style... I hope that didn't come off as rude, I just like things to look like they fit in.

I have been working on building a pure node by my house, then used crystal cores to pull a nearby node in range so it merged into an over 1k pure node. It was two crystal core pulls from where I wanted it to end up, i did the first pull no problem, re set the final core to move it into position and... the core doesn't activate. I have rebuilt it a dozen times in different positions, even trying moving it back the way it was before, but the crystal core suddenly refuses to activate any more. I can still move it a little by planting silverwood trees in range.
The damn node is literally right outside the room I built to house it, does anyone have any idea why this node would suddenly refuse to be moved by crystal cores any longer? Any help would be appreciated this is really frustrating.
I'm also still having similar problems. See my research a page or so back. Current minimal set of mods that show the Thaumonomicon wierdness are:

1. Clay Golem Interface Golem Model (Only tested with Clay) Texture is missing, but ingame model is fine.
2. All golems have NO name what-so-ever, but they still have the little sub-tooltips with stuff like "smart" or "strong". (Note that they can still be placed and work just fine.)
3. Magic Hand Mirror, oddly, will not transport anything to the connected mirror, even when both are in the same loaded chunk, and there is aura. The interface works, but placing things into it doesn't do anything.
4. Warded glass texture seems to be missing the little rune-like bits when placed... This may have just been an update I missed.
Also, just wondering, am I the only one a bit... ticked off by the random 32x item textures thrown about? I mean, nice textures are fine, but if you're going to add 32x textures, at least make everything from your mod the same resolution in one update... I'd actually prefer it if he returned the 16x boot/thaumonomicon/other stuff textures, and left the 32x stuff to 32x texture pack compatability. That being said, I'd be really happy if Azanor made a texture pack in any resolution that went along with Thaumcraft's style... I hope that didn't come off as rude, I just like things to look like they fit in.

Funny thing is, when I uninstalled Ars Magica, the game works perfectly. But if I don't install thaumcraft, the game works perfectly too.

But the problem only exists when I install Ars Magica along with tc.

Try to delete thaumcraft/api (or api/thaumcraft) folder from ArsMagica.
The damn node is literally right outside the room I built to house it, does anyone have any idea why this node would suddenly refuse to be moved by crystal cores any longer? Any help would be appreciated this is really frustrating.
