I don't think those are from my mod...Festivities 3 doesn't have presents yet (although Festivities 2 might have). They could be ornaments?

I found the problem! You are using Java 6, I forgot to mention that you need Java 7. I will see if I can fix that, but in the mean time updating will work. You can have multiple Java installations. You can even download it without installing and change the folder: http://prntscr.com/5e0zzb
Hi eekysam, how do I download this mod? I'm trying to download this mod and all it is doing on my computer is downloading something else. Is there anything I should do?

What do you mean? It should be downloading "festivities3-3.1.2.2.jar" (version number varies) or "Christmas Festivities Mod Installer 1.7.10.exe" (in the case of the installer) after going through adf.ly. Make sure you are downloading the mod, not an ad of course (they try to trick you): http://prntscr.com/5eaw8d
Thats weird I updated my java to java 7 I wonder why its doing that.
Your error report indicates that Minecraft is still using Java 6, however. In the Minecraft launcher, click Edit Profile, check Executable under Java Settings (advanced), and change the file path to wherever your Java 7 installation is (I don't know the specifics on a mac). Alternatively, you could try updating to Java 8 from http://java.com/download (which is now the recommended version) and see if that automatically updates it (it should).
Is the download on the link the latest version? I've installed it properly for 1.7.10, but none of the special mobs are spawning and I can't find any of the special ores in the Kringle. Am I just being dumb? Because I probably am

I haven't implemented those yet in Festivities 3, sorry, I am working on it.
Sorry there isn't.
There is a 1.4.5 version without forge (http://christmas-festivities-mod.wikia.com/wiki/Downloads) and a 1.6.4 version with forge (http://adf.ly/2920626/2423), but no 1.5.2 version
I don't think those are from my mod...Festivities 3 doesn't have presents yet (although Festivities 2 might have). They could be ornaments?
Wait, what?
You don't need a zip.
Just install minecraft forge and then put the jar in your mods folder.
