This is a mod that increase FPS dramatically and prevents Out of Memory crashes.
This is how the mod works: If it seems like it's about to crash it will decrease all your major settings [RenderBase: int 16 to int 8, dramatically decrease of lag] to lowest sometimes make your screen go black. The black screen comes of major lag. It also configures some basic mods like ModLoader and TMI to their lowest settings. Which I have no idea how the files look like because I follow their rules. I just tell the system to make the CFG files to lowest graphic settings. Which means 'Better_Grass' is OFF by default.

Go to Run > %AppData% > .minecraft > bin > minecraft.jar
You must open minecraft.jar with (WinRAR or 7zip) - Search them on Google- Recommended: 7zip [Free]
Open the mod with 7zip as well.
Delete the META-INF folder in minecraft.jar.
Drag the mod files inside minecraft.jar. Finished installing! Have fun with almost no lag!

Not exactly, it actually doesn't really go black. It really changes your default COMPUTER programs to the minimum [Low or Below Low] when Minecraft is still running. When you quit it, it resets all the settings so it doesn't screw up your computer. Your minecraft should literally FREEZE for a bit before stuff are adjusted. I'm still working on this but hope you get well with this.
Can someone decompile this code and see if there is any malicious code, since I refuse to use it because of these reasons:
1. It downloads files to the minecraft folder (meaning that it connects my computer to a server I may not have allowed it to connect to if I were aware)
2. It messes with settings, possibly even lastlogin.
3. MagicLauncher does not see it as a mod, even though the only things you need to is unzip it into the minecraft.jar
4. Because of the enormously conspicious names:
DownloadFiles.CLASS : Downloads the files into Minecraft.
FileReader.CLASS : Reads the downloaded / installed files.
FileTracker.CLASS : Finds the files that are suppose to be read.
Thanks to the person who actually does decompile these and checks for malicious code.
Okay let me get this straight. You aren't allowed to decompile actually any of any other people's work.
So maybe I confused you. It doesn't DOWNLOAD the files. It takes the files your installed and checks them if they are compatible with your fps booster. FileReader exactly what that means. Checks your files. FileTracker. Finds the files that are suppose to be read. AKA new installed mod files. Such as any single mod besides this one.
Base texture pack downloader from the servers. [Custom texture packs from servers]
I swear on my freaking life that it doesn't steal your lastlogin file. Even the fact if I can. I would have been like went to jail, or worse. Besides what could a CLASS file do to another file except the main game?

Right. It won't consume most of your RAM. So it decreases background programs for awhile and after the maximum of 15 seconds it should set back to max.
How does it behave with optifine? (It's a performance boost addon)
It doesn't really do much with Optifine except with additional boosts. It is recommended that you use this mod with Optifine for best performance, but either how it still works.
edit: i try it and , i dont have more lag, this works fine with: fps ++ and optifine, my fps don't increase so much , but i think that works, good work coolboy
Is it possible to make it compatible with Forge? It would be helpful! Anyways, good mod. FPS increases by around 45%-50%. No lags on Fancy, normal or Far! Great work!!!

I Solve practical problems
It doesn't really do much with Optifine except with additional boosts. It is recommended that you use this mod with Optifine for best performance, but either how it still works.
