Strange, because the main post NEVER mentions the need for another file, or any of the other mods I have asked for this before I installed this mod. And since nothing is properly explained, I won't visit a site that I cannot recognize by the adress itself. I want to try this mod, but now I am not sure how trustworth it is. Any explanation?
EDIT: My mistake. It actually DOES mention the need for the manager pack, but it wasn't mentioned on the old download links, where I went straight into (i am using a 1.5.1 version). It works and it is mostly compatible with many ender-related mods. Sorry for the inconvenience.
I got a serious FPS problem thanks to this mod.. idk if this is intentional ro not, but ALWAYS, ALWAYS, there are a lot of endermisses EVERYWHERE, it's like in earlier verions of this mo,d i saw this like.. 1 in every 20- 30 chunks, but now, i see like 10 in 1 single chunk! This is causing me a lot of frekaing lag, i was trying to config their spawn rate but i won't find it in the confi file, please help whan i can do!
I would prefer a structure, I like to keep my world gen mods to a minimum so I can use the world without the mod as well and a structure can easily be removed and wont leave a large gap on terrain when removed unlike biomes and ores which do. I have noticed what I think is a bug, Whenever i set the config option for ender mob griefing to false it doesn't actually change anything. I still have ender misses and ender nivises wandering around carrying chunks of my custom landscape. I do have mob griefing set to false as well as the config set to false. Is there any way to fix this?
1. You will be able to disable the gen-feature, if it would be a structure or a biome (I probably go with a structure right now).
2. Yes, this is a bug and will be fixed alongside with others in the next release.
Thanks for clearing that up for me! I do find that niobium generation being configurable is extremely useful, If only other mods included this option.
Yeah, BUT I have to say with the future feature set you won't be able to get half of the new stuff without the niobium, so at least I suggest keep the niobium generation enabled. It's not that it spreads across the surface of the End "island", so you won't have surface holes if you remove the mod.

also how do you make the ender miss have a special skin/texture? I see on the spawn egg it says "has special skin:no" but I don't know how to make it have a special skin

They spawn naturally with a chance of 1/32th, so you have to tame one in order to have one.
