This mod is extremely useful. I hope to use it on a server, but the server is 1.7.5. Will the 1.7.2 work on it?

I'm getting the same problem, i'm assuming permissionsex is contributing to the problem, but I'm no expert.
It was working fine before I installed my plugins. Is there any way to fix it?

When I do /nbtedit on any thing, it will kick me out of my world.

Whenever I use /nbtedit my game closes and I get "A fatal error has occured, this connection is terminated". Is this a client issue or is it because I am using 1.7.10 with a 1.7.2 version of NBTEdit?

That's not even right, dude. You shouldn't say that about people who try to be nice to the community and make mods like this, without him we might have not has such a good quality in-game NBTEditor. I'm sure he is trying his best to update it to 1.7.10.

Hey when ever i type /nbtedit while looking at my chest, it says this

"fatal error occured. conection terminated" then it brings me to the server list, as if i lost connection to a server. Any idea why this is happening?

Try using this version that user bjbinc compiled for 1.7.10. It works for me, it should work for you.

I'm not used to using mods on servers, but I'd like to use this one. For it to be used, does everyone on the server need to get it? I'm not quite sure what "the server MUST have the mod installed" means. I understand what it means, but just don't know how to do it. I'm really hoping for a version that can be used on Bukkit without everyone downloading.

It just means that the server needs to have it in order to be used. BUT, it does NOT require everyone on the server to download it. Only the ones that want to use it, and have permission to use it, will be able to access all the good stuff that comes with NBTEdit. As for Bukkit, well that's pretty much gone now, so I speculate that there won't ever be a Bukkit version of Davidee's NBTEdit.
