Hey bro. Nice that you want to help, but he hasn't got it onto Forge yet. Ask again in a few days.
There may be a fix for people wanting to run this with forge tonight, If I can get it working what it will be is:
You will have to install the mod into your minecraft.jar (The jar with forge) as you would normally, however this will also require a version of standard modloader which will be compatible with forge.
If all fails I would love some help from someone to help write a forge version of the mod

I was going to add the 11th doctors sonic screwdriver in along with the Clockwork Droid In the next update however I had no sprite!

I am not going to add any major updates to this mod yet because 1.5 comes out in a few weeks and I will have to update it for that, so all the updates over the next few weeks will be small updates

I have just added in the 11th Doctors Sonic Screwdriver this will come out in an update tomorrow!
I had to rewrite a part of the TNT and Redstone Lamp Classes to get it to work correctly, at the moment it works the same as the other sonic screwdriver, I will not try and add in a feature for it to interfere with redstone until the 1.5 update as I expect a lot of the redstone code will be changed.

Nice! Just a suggestion, but maybe you should have like... Spawned buildings where certain mobs will spawn. As in, maybe some kind of robotic tower kind of thing for Cybermen. Not sure if this is possible but I think it would be cool xD

This is possible, i could also maybe add in Dalek ships which will have loads of Daleks spawned in them, and they can be generated up around the max build height
I have had a cool idea and I am going to start work on this as soon as I have finished the clockwork droid, I will be adding in:
The Genesis ark from the doomsday episode, it will work exactly as it did in the episode, it will spin with smoke particle effects and spawn loads of daleks in all directions, which means also writing a custom AI so that the Daleks can fly
