I have encountered a strange bug that I have never seen anyone post before. When I look at water from specific angles a black circle appears and it gets bigger the further my cursor moves away from its center point. It did not used to happen, I'm not sure what is the cause of this. I'm currently using Sildur's RC3 shaderpacks, but it happens with other shaderspacks too.
The heads up from Karyonix was only an expectation, nobody can predict running into problems last minute hence why he didn't say "100% finished by Sunday" be thankful that he found the bugs now, I'd much rather a clean release that comes later than a buggy one now

I'm pretty excited for the next release. Karyonix shouldn't feel pressured by all these people. But sadly, he/she will feel pressured. It's like a famous person giving autographs. If you have a big fan-base, they'll begin to expect a lot from you. It's sad, but it's true. Karyonix, we all really do appreciate the effort you put into this. It's only a matter of time before the ModAPI comes out and the pressure will slowly fade as you make the final updates to make this compatible with every future version of Minecraft. Keep up the great work.

Because there usually are more people crying over bugs and stuff like that than people that are happy about it. Also, I think it's a proof of quality work to release something that's presumably working well, instead of something that has a ton of bugs still.
I myself am looking forward to the 1.6. version of this mod. Keep up the good work!

It's just a lot easier on everyone's side if we're patient, let kary do his thing, I can't wait for the shaders but I understand how difficult it can be, the pressure while coding knowing a whole load of people are keenly waiting on you to finish or update quickly whilst keeping the bugs and problems in general to a minimal

It seems I can't finish normal map loading, and mipmap generation today.
New features from sonic ether are not included yet.
In my development build, bump-shadow-waving can run with a little sky glitch.
SEUS v10rc6 and v10rc7 can also run.
The new SEUS v10.0 is not supported yet.
The scene without mipmap and trilinear filtering is noisy.

Render code 80% complete : may need some fine tune
Texture loading 50% complete : lack normal, specular mipmap

People aren't going to scan back and see what's going on ... so ... here it is for them.

i can't wait till he updates cause i want my minecraft to look beutiful and i know i spelled that wrong i just can't think of how to spell right now cause i just woke up

ERRR!!! I can't get this to work with FTB Unhinged 1.5.2. I put optifine 1.5.2_HD_U_D3.zip in the instMods folder, then drag the contents of ShadersMod-mc1.5.2-ofuD2-1.45.2 into the optifine zip, and it doesn't even crash, it just freezes with a black screen and says not responding. Is this the right way to install?
