This wont work for me :/ I install everything correctly to my knowledge, but when I open up minecraft the water is just at default. I installed optifine, and all that jazz. Any help?

karyonix, I know problem, why HQR does not work. Add this uniforms support, please. Also this is reason of lags (rays tracing by incorrect vector, and 0 result).
I think it should support normal map of texture specified by "/ctm/block???.properties" or "/ctm/terrain???.properties" too.
But I have not test it. Please try.
I think it currently does not support custom animation normal map.

5. drag set1 or set2 of shaders into shader folder (only files inside shaders.zip inside set1, set2 folder).
6. delete entire ctm folder
7. drag texture files into vdc.
8. play and enjoy!
set1 shader file will NOT work for everyone. it is the better option. (they work for me but not doom)
set2 shader is for those who cannot use set1. (better compatibility- missing minor features)
cons: bumpmap only works in certain light conditions.best time is sunrise/sunset. intensive shaders will lower your fps to the point of being unplayable. if you have low fps try running in a window, change optifine settings, 720p etc... or run minecraft with more memory (i have a .bat file if people need it) also the end is stuffed i am trying to fix...

Having consistent and regular crashes with this shader mod. Wasn't sure if it was the mod, or the shaders I was using, or the other mods installed that were causing it. What I've been able to narrow it down to is the fact that it says "Expanding Tessellator buffer:" a few times in my console before the crash. That must be whats causing it. Anyone have a better idea whats actually happening?
EDIT: looks like its only happening if I run at 1080p. At the default resolution that buffer never expands and it runs fine. Problem is I have given minecraft 3GB and my video card has 2GB on it... not sure where this buffer is being held but I don't understand why it overflows like that.
EDIT AGAIN: Nvm, still crashes as a little window.

Having consistent and regular crashes with this shader mod. Wasn't sure if it was the mod, or the shaders I was using, or the other mods installed that were causing it. What I've been able to narrow it down to is the fact that it says "Expanding Tessellator buffer:" a few times in my console before the crash. That must be whats causing it. Anyone have a better idea whats actually happening?
EDIT: looks like its only happening if I run at 1080p. At the default resolution that buffer never expands and it runs fine. Problem is I have given minecraft 3GB and my video card has 2GB on it... not sure where this buffer is being held but I don't understand why it overflows like that.
EDIT AGAIN: Nvm, still crashes as a little window.
