I honestly hate this shader mod now. Back when I could install it with Forge, it didnt have any problems. I could even use the sonic ether shader pack ultra and realistico resourcepack x512 at the same time without any errors. But since I have to install shader mod by your app, I always get the blocky text. At first I thought it was my computer that it couldn't handle such graphic. I uninstalled everything, reinstalled them all, including shadermod. I put the Sonic shader pack in the shader pack file and a lower resolution resource pack (x32, x64) in the resource pack file. I turned on the game, went to my world and then I got the blocky text again! Without turning on the shader or the resource pack!
I try to do the F3+T but it doesnt work. I cant turn off the custom text option because I dont have the quality option in the video settings.
Now I honestly dont know what to do. My computer is very decent if you think it's still my computer's fault.
PC Specs:
GPU: GTX 960 4GB
RAM: 8gb
Processor: i5
I would be grateful if you could help me fix that error.
Having the same problem, have you found a solution?
Something went wrong with my shaders pack. I installed shaders and the Sonic Ether's Unbelievable Shaders pack but, it didn't work. I tried opening the file and changing the profile version to the 1.10 shaderspack and when I opened Minecraft it came out like this:
I have a question how do I stop light from shining through a cave in minecraft using shaders. I know you might think or say "Light shines through caves in 1.8 due to blocks behind you not being rendered" but I am not using 1.8 or 1.7 but 1.6(<- one I'm using) and Light shines through caves .-.

So there isn't a way to use this with forge anymore?

There is a shader pack for 1.10 that stops this from happening. It is called Continuum shaders.
Light shining through caves was quite an annoying bug in some shader packs.
Continuum did it as well until minecraft 1.9. I am not sure how well it would work if you tried using it in 1.6.
If it doesn't work. Try using a different shader pack. Not sure what does and doesn't work in 1.6.

Yes, I truly love this shader, I love it from it's white cows to it's white pigs... And it even kept the normal minecraft pixelated look! I love this texture pack dudes! Although it has no shade or graphics or eve clouds. WTF?!
Wow! I love this from the white cow to the white pigs!!! This is the best shaders ever! Although it doesn't have any shade or any enhanced graphics! But I love the broken textures on every single animal!!!
Wow! I love this from the white cow to the white pigs!!! This is the best shaders ever! Although it doesn't have any shade or any enhanced graphics! But I love the broken textures on every single animal!!!
Really? Just read the first page! This isn't a shaderpack, it doesn't change how Minecraft looks. It just enables other shaderpacks to work in the game like Sildur's Shaders.
The texture problem is probably caused by outdated graphics drivers, there are links to get the latest version on the first page.
Also, I recommend using Optifine because it can boost your FPS and has built-in support for shaders. But this mod is not compatible with Optifine so you need to use only one of them.
I'm trying to download shaders and some other mods for 1.8. But of course when I open up the shaders profile and have the other mods installed only shaders is working. Help plz.
When I install it on 1.10.2, I get no shaders options menu. I have tried the following:
* Installed it as a jarmod in MultiMC without any other mods
*Installed it as a jarmod in MultiMC and inserting it after forge
*Insalled it as a jarmod in MultiMC and inserted it before forge
*Installed it as a forge mod. This time I at least got a shaderpacks folder, but I still couldn't actually change the shaderpack.
I know that it is not supposed to be compatible with forge, but I don't know how else I am to install it! I have tried everything I can think of! I would do it manually, but the way MultiMC works you can't really modify individual jars, and it should work fine the normal way anyway.
Do you know if this is a bug in Linux, MultiMC, or a problem with the interface between the chair and the keyboard (me)? This is really bugging me. I just want to see if I get a higher framerate in 1.10.2 than 1.7.10!
I wish you could just use a standard Forge mod instead of this weird non-working jar mod. That way it would work much better.
Edit: also, why do you have a stupid, annoying , autoplaying Daily Motion video ON THE WEBSITE?!?! Worst of all, with ads NOT BLOCKED BY MY AD BLOCKER. I actually had to DISABLE THE SCRIPT IN NO-SCRIPT to stop being annoyed by it! It is ridiculously annoying! Please remove it! I just had to get that out of my system.
Edit 2: also, it may have actually been installed. Do I need to change the shader pack by editing the config? If so, how should I specify the file for it to load? I couldn't get it to load the file named "Sildurs Vibrant Shaders v1.141 Medium.zip" using any editing of it, and am not sure if I am doing something wrong.
Use Optifine, it has built-in support for shaders and is compatible with Forge.
Me Too,I install the mod and error happen,it even happen when I only install the mod

Continuum Shader has some newer versions, maybe they will fix your problem. Use one of the new ones and see if it helps.
Here is a link to download Continuum Preview 1.3, their newest version:

Thank you I will try it
it is still happening
Light still shines through caves in 1.6.4
EDIT: As of now I tried the 1.0 of cinematic and it reduced it and gave more fps but the problem is still there in 1.6.4

Can i buy sources of Shaders Mod?
This looks like an error caused by memory. Try giving java more mem, and also update your Graphics card drivers.
