Just posting this as a PSA for anyone who runs into the same problems as I did, this mod is incompatible with the mod pack Nevermine 3: Forgotten Worlds. When enabling most shaderpacks, you get a black screen. This is due to an old version of the Stellar Skies mod included in the pack. If you're connecting to a server, its unfortunately required, but if playing singleplayer, you can just disable the mod.
Irs very friendly to use, very easy. Installing Forge with it is easy, same goes for liteloader.
You can add in mods easy and test everytime to see if they work together.
You can select any MC version also snapshots easy.

Is it possible to get a newer version of the Forge 1.7.10 version that is updated for the latest Optifine and Forge? There are still plenty of mods that are on 1.7.10.

Karyonix I have a question, something I've noticed for a long time about shaders mod is that it seems to render a "cylinder" of visibilty around the player, where vanilla renders a sphere of visiblity around the player. Is it meant to be like this?
I noticed it a long time ago when building high in the sky, I couldn't have a better render distance because it's still rendering as much ground below me as if I were on the surface.

This works fine on SinglePlayer but when i join a server, after that the text transforms into white boxes. and then when i leave the server it does that still. i am using Chroma Hills, SEUS v10 Standard and minecraft 1.10
I have a question how do I stop light from shining through a cave in minecraft using shaders. I know you might think or say "Light shines through caves in 1.8 due to blocks behind you not being rendered" but I am not using 1.8 or 1.7 but 1.6(<- one I'm using) and Light shines through caves .-.
Can someone please help me with this? I just downloaded Shader's today and like all the texts have become boxes and random things would be black or white blocks

IS there an easy way to install with mod with other mods? Because other mods don't like editing its .jar and forge hates with mod.
Best off just using Optifine in that case.

Vanilla only keeps chunks in front of the player. Chunks behind player do not have shadow, so I need a replacement of visibility test.
But the condition I use is inefficient. I should rewrite it. Thank you for pointing that out.

As you can see, 1.8 looks bad for some reason. it's the same pack though, any ideas?
