Oh yes. About 5-10 people daily who post the exact same crash caused by them ignoring instructions. Both here in the thread, in other shader threads, all over the suppport section ...
I lost all of my good will a long time ago. This forum makes one jaded.
Groundhog day.
You'll never stop the next person asking a question by yelling at whoever's asking the question today.
If it's annoying you, stop replying to them. It's better than being rude, that just wastes your time as much as theirs. If they didn't read the instructions then they're not likely to read your response either.
It's great when you help people, just remember that it takes less time to type "use version (whatever) with (something else)" than it takes to type "I'm sick of answering these questions to idiots who can't read because they don't use forums on a daily basis and should know the etiquette expected of this particular one because if you did then you would know that the answer is (finally inserts answer)"
Your help IS appreciated, I'm just pointing out that the attitude does more harm to yourself than anything.

Hi, I've added Optifine and the shaders mod to my FTB Infinity installation. I can load up the game, but upon entering the menu screen experience extreme lag, this also being the case when I enter a world.
I'm not sure what forge version FTB Infinity 1.11.2 runs on but I'm sure its higher than version Forge 1.7.10-Forge10.13.4.1448-1.7.10.
I've read that there is a work around if you add -Dfml.skipFirstTextureLoad=false [/b]to the code, although I do not know where or how I should add this.
Could someone please instruct me and other on how to implement this workaround?
Anyway I've managed to get shades working with not abnormal lag when I use MultiMC. Unfortunately the FTB and CurseVioce launcher still give me the same issues, would anyone know why?
Help? Nearlly all of the sources say i can install shaders mod with forge, however when i try the installation myself, i get this error:
BTW, I'm new to the forum, i dont know how to make it into a spoiler group(if you know what i mean). Thanks appreciate the help! I follow the steps exactly as they say: Install forge, put shaders mod in mod folder, start game.

Help!
click "edit profile", in the "JVM arguments" add "-Dfml.skipFirstTextureLoad=false" to the code
Dear god. I have a Mac OSX and I need a shaderpack that gives me, at least 30+ frames. Any suggestions? btw, Isk what my Graphics card is >.<
Based on the fact that you're running a Mac, scratch SEUS out. Scratch most high-end shader packs out. And you're left with medium to low end packs. Can't say much without your GPU, so running on that alone try Sildur's, RudoPlays, Chocapic13's and KUDA.

Hello I want to say it's an awesome mod but something is wrong with the hand it's invisible or how to say it it's like the coloured glass can you help me?
12GB ram, intel core i7 4.4GHz, nvidia geforce GT640... hard drive is kinda old which could be a problem, but is there something else that could be happening?
The problem here is your nvidia card, it's really old meaning its not powerful enough to run shaders so I would recommend upgrading to a newer video card to get better fps with any shader

Really dude? Is someone making you do this? Look at the post after yours to see how it is done. Looks like you can learn things here to.
Klaatu Barada Nikto

As Rodney Dangerfield would say... Hey, you're alright!
And I'll be over at reddit with my cut & paste solution to "single player block lag" issues (hint: they're always using 32 chunk render)
Everfree Server - A small & friendly survival build server for older 'Crafters.
Where do i find this merged Shaders mod and optifine.
So, for 1.8.8 optifine, do I have to install forge to use the shaders?
Click. Please, I like looking at my pretty dragons <3
Ok well thanks guys for the feedback.
Anyway I've managed to get shades working with not abnormal lag when I use MultiMC. Unfortunately the FTB and CurseVioce launcher still give me the same issues, would anyone know why?
BTW quick question, what do speculator and normal map in the shader menu mean?
In addition, can someone give me some hinder on how to improve my FPS with this shader?
Specs:
AMD Radeon R9 200
Intel Core i7-3820 CPU @ 3.6GHz
16GB Ram
64-bit Operating System (Windows 7)
Running 46 mods with forge version Forge 1.7.10-Forge10.13.4.1448-1.7.10 via MultiMC with 4096GB of ram allocated.
Using Optifine, and fastcraft together with normal 12+ render distance and fancy graphics.

Dear god. I have a Mac OSX and I need a shaderpack that gives me, at least 30+ frames. Any suggestions? btw, Isk what my Graphics card is >.<
Besides the fact tha I see no difference between the Ultra and the normal packs my game runs at the same 25 fps... Any way to get better FPS?
Visit my youtube channel? http://www.youtube.com/user/TheCoolgatty
Based on the fact that you're running a Mac, scratch SEUS out. Scratch most high-end shader packs out. And you're left with medium to low end packs. Can't say much without your GPU, so running on that alone try Sildur's, RudoPlays, Chocapic13's and KUDA.

12GB ram, intel core i7 4.4GHz, nvidia geforce GT640... hard drive is kinda old which could be a problem, but is there something else that could be happening?

Hello I want to say it's an awesome mod but something is wrong with the hand it's invisible or how to say it it's like the coloured glass can you help me?
The problem here is your nvidia card, it's really old meaning its not powerful enough to run shaders so I would recommend upgrading to a newer video card to get better fps with any shader
Hello! I'll want to play Minecraft with shaders, but this error always prevent me. Can u tell what is wrong?
