Game Gives Me This Error. I Am Using AMD 14.12. Minecraft Version Is 1.7.10
[16:26:24] [main/INFO] [FML]: Loading tweaker shadersmodcore.loading.SMCTweaker from ShadersModCore-v2.3.12-mc1.7.2-f1040.jar
Does it also happens with latest version for minecraft 1.7.10 ?
I don't know what cause your problem.
Maybe you are using wrong GPU. Maybe your graphics driver is too old. Maybe some of your mods are not compatible.
I have a new version ready (2.4.11) which resolve some errors that happens on OS X.
I don't like long text above my release information post, so I will wait for new page.
I use an NVIDIA GeForge 760 graphics card I really need help
I have a question, what happens if I don't install ASM?
The whole time I've been using shadersmod 1.8 I haven't worried about it, I use the installer linked to Optifine with no other mods or Forge (but I did use Forge back in the 1.7 versions).
Does it have a negative effect on performance if not installed, or will the mod just not run at all? (in which case I must have it installed somehow unknowingly)

What Is ASM? If You Could Tell Me That Would Be Great.
ASM is a library used to modify java classes at runtime, as they are loaded in memory.
These libraries are traditionally used my Coremods like the shadercore to change some of minecraft's vanilla classes to suit the needs of the shadercore.

If you use Forge, you should have the necessary ASM libraries already available. If you are trying to play Minecraft with shaders, but without forge, then you'll need to follow Karyonix's additional steps.

That's the thing though, I haven't followed the additional steps but it still works! I'm just wondering if that means my previous Forge (1.7.10) installation has carried over those files somehow. And if I get any benefit from installing ASM now, or risk screwing it up entirely so I should just leave it how I have it.

First off, just wanted to thank you for the great development on this mod. Secondly, I was wondering if there is any way we could make this mod compatible with CameraStdudio for 1.8? As of now there a rendering issue where you can only see about a chunk ahead of you no matter how high your render is, sometimes not even a chunk. Perhaps this is a camerastudio problem but if there is anyway to make it compatible I'm sure it would help a lot of us out.
If you install Forge, Forge installer automatically download ASM (from minecraftforge server) and install it.
If you don't install Forge and don't install ASM manually, when you launch game with ShadersMod profile from Minecraft launcher the first time, Minecraft launcher will download ASM automatically.
If you install ASM manually, you also get the same file.
The difference is not in your computer but is on the internet. Your action determines who have to pay for your download.
There was a time when Forge depend on this feature of Minecraft launcher that can download libraries automatically.
But the host that served libraries that Minecraft launcher used didn't like too much usage from Forge, so they temporarily disabled downloading of some libraries.
As a result, new Forge installation could not run for a few days until Forge team resolved this by hosting their own copy of libraries and changing their installer to download them from minecraftforge server before Minecraft launcher download them from default location.
At that time there were only Forge edition of ShadersMod.
When I made non-forge edition I think I should not depends on the default server and minecraftforge server, so I tell user to download ASM library from another place. I didn't have a web site, so I just use a free file hosting service.
Now I have a place to serve files.
I will migrate the file to my site soon. The next thing to do is modifying my installer to download library automatically. But it will take some time.
Sorry for this... Whut is this... Can anyone solve this? I used Optifine HD 1.8.0 D1
Your long repeating error message is useless.
It does not contain useful information.
It only wastes bandwidth and eats up mobile data limit.
If you want to post long log or error message, put it in spoiler. And you can cut the repeating part. Only a few copy is enough.
Describe your problem properly along with important information including Minecraft version, ShadersMod version, Graphics card model, Graphics driver package version, OS name and version, other mods name and version (if used).
And be specific. "Latest version" is not accepted.
Sorry if I interrupted anything... But I can only get about less than half of my shaders to work! They always say things like:
[Shaders] Error : Invalid program composite
[Shaders] Error : Invalid program composite1
[Shaders] Error : Invalid program final
Shaders initialized.
And then it just ends up with no shaders.
My systems specs are Intel Core i7-4700HQ CPU @2.40 GHz
8GB of RAM
64-bit OS
and GeForce GTX 860M.
And I doubt that my graphics card is old, this is a brand new computer.
Here's a screenshot of the error:
P.S. I still get this with nothing but shaders on minecraft.
Your computer has NVIDIA GPU but it is probably using Intel HD Graphics to run Java.
Set in your NVIDIA Control Panel 3D Settings to use high performance processor for javaw.exe and java.exe that you use to run Minecraft.
And only SEUS have this appearance.
Try some other shaderpacks. Sildur's shaderpack works on Intel HD Graphics 4400.
You may have to lower some settings to get a playable frame rate.
In video settings screen, set render distance around 4 or 5.
In shaders screen, SHIFT + click on RenderResMul to lower it to 0.7 or 0.5, Also the same for ShadowResMul.
I looked through the notepad for a while and this looked the most important to me:

WTG Karyonix!
Looking amazing, keep up the great work!
Glad to have shadows back, looking forward to getting the 'flashing red' back soon :)!
Alrighty, thanks, Gonna see if I can re-create this issue and find what causes it, because last time I check Optifine did this when it wasn't compatible with Shaders mod, but it is now.
EDIT: I can't seem to re-create the issue with the listed mods. Please make sure you're using the latest version of Forge.
The error has to be related to the video settings for Optifine / MC.
