Before install
- Use Mojang's Minecraft Launcher to run Minecraft 1.6.2. Then close it.
- Install minecraftforge with minecraftforge installer. (download page)
I test it on version 9.10.0.804 .
- Use Mojang's Minecraft Launcher.
Select "Forge" in profile box at lower left corner of launcher window.
Play.
You should see "Mods" button in title screen below "Multiplayer" button.
Check whether everything is alright and close. Installation
- Put ShadersModCore-xxxx.jar in .minecraft/mods folder.
Make sure its file extension is ".jar", not ".zip". Run
- Use Mojang's Minecraft Launcher to run Minecraft 1.6.2 with profile Forge.
- Open Option menu, Shaders... button. Click open shaderpacks folder.
- Put shaderpack in the folder.
- In Shaders screen click shaderpack name.
Normal map and specular map name
- Insert _n or _s before .png at the end of texture name in resource pack.
It will end with "_n.png" or "_s.png" .
Example
- texture in resource pack : assets\minecraft\textures\blocks\cobblestone.png
- normal map in resource pack : assets\minecraft\textures\blocks\cobblestone_n.png
- specular map in resource pack : assets\minecraft\textures\blocks\cobblestone_s.png
Plan for further development
- Make OptiFine-compatible edition.
- Convert the loading process to make class modification at load time instead of just loading modded class.
- Improve compatibility with other mods.
You can report bugs and incompatibilities.
I cannot fix everything quickly. But I will do what I can.
1. Because of wrong chunk section culling for shadow. No fix at this time. I will fix it in the future.
2. Bug in beta 6 ? Try beta 7.
3. Probably the edge of render distance. No fix at this time.
4. One workaround is to make block-breaking textures in resource pack transparent in non-crack part.
OpenGL have not enough memory. Try allocate less RAM for JVM or use lower resolution texture.
What is your texture resolution ?
I'm still not picking up on why 2 machines are running fine, and the other isn't..
What if you backup your saves folder, dump the %appdata%\.minecraft folder, and then copy that folder back from your NB to your Desktop? If that doesn't work, it has to be something with the video card/drivers/directx/opengl/cuda/physx.
thx guys, can say only that is wasnt hardware problem. I have upgraded that desktop (totaly all) and problem wasnt gone. So i have decided, that there is no bug that can survive new windows. Clean and fresh Win7 and no 1, 3 and 4 problems, as i can see atm.
Still have no idea about the source of that.

Does anyone know if the railcraft/shaders issue was ever resolved for 1.5.2? still using 1.5x due to some fav mods not being. updated as of yet, but miss my shaders. :/ sorry if this was answered on another page, didnt see it on the op's spoilers and dont feel like reading thru 180 pages of posts.
Everytime i open the world with your mod installed shaders turned on or not the screen flashes white for a while then it either turns all blue or looks like this
when i look around the blueness moves
looking south makes the whole screen blue looking north makes no blue
I asked this in the main SEUS topic, but does anyone know how to add custom block ID's to the waving aspect of SEUS. I tried swapping blockID's but it did nothing, and someone on FB said GLSL can't read over 255 for block ID's.
Next version (or a few version later) will allow custom resolution multiplier. supersampling or subsampling.
There is block id bug in shaders mod for mc1.5.2 which limit to 8bit.
Shaders mod for mc1.6.2 should be able to send correct block id. but i did not test mod blocks.

Just wanted to let you know that intel HD graphics cannot run this mod.
There is block id bug in shaders mod for mc1.5.2 which limit to 8bit.
Shaders mod for mc1.6.2 should be able to send correct block id. but i did not test mod blocks.
