I tried in-game /dynmap render, /dynmap fullrender, etc, etc... as well as console dynmap fullrender, and nothing works. Dynmap is generating a handful of tiles on each start of the server, and then it stops. I have something like 6000 tile renders queued, but nothing will make it process the queue.
Update: It's possible this is a Cauldron issue in my case. I've poked bloodmc to see whether he has any insights.
Hi, almost all player at Minetology(my Server) don't speak english, it might be difficult to communicate. I try very best at english. Iam happy if everybody understand my threads.
But if anybody likes to take a look, very happy
Haha kein Problem, ich lerne seit 4 Jahre Deutsch und 2 Monaten Niederländisch.
So if it's broken explain how I'm using it on 1.8?
I think that on 1.6, 1.7, and 1.8, it works for some people and not for others. I suspect the underlying problem is that the absence of a real, universal Minecraft API makes plugins/mods like Dynmap very sensitive to exactly which version of which server you are running. I'm actually reasonably sure that when Dynmap stopped working on my 1.6.4 server was about the time I switched from MCPC+ to Cauldron ... but it could also have been correlated with a Forge update. I'm not certain.
Trying to assemble and maintain a large, rich modpack on a custom server — especially one with both Forge mods and Bukkit/Spigot plugins — is sometimes a bit like juggling running, flaming chainsaws which occasionally just explode for no reason.

Dynmap works flawlessy on my server, except for one simple thing : connected textures.
I have them enabled, and my texturepack supports them (and uses them intensively), but the result, even after a purge and full render again, doesn't show me connected textures at all.
I made sure to have the "ctm" folder in the texturepacks/mytexturepack/assets/minecraft/mcpatcher/, and even tried to place it at the root of the texture pack, but still not working.
The resourcepack is "SMP Revival" (smptextures.com), and the connected textures work flawlessy on client-side.
And, I repeat, connected textures are enabled in configuration. Better grass works great, and the resourcepack is recognized... I double checked in the shaders.txt file to see if connected textures was disabled there, but it isn't. What am I doing wrong ? Must I change the folder layout of the ctm ? Thanks for the insights.
My Dynmap looks exactly like rowan55's. I'm running Spigot 1.8 with these plugins - Coreprotect 2.0.9, Essentials 2.x, Griefprevention, LWC, Magicchest, McMMO, Multiverse 2.5, PEX, TPSign, and Vault. Due to the bad rendering I removed Dynmap until I can get help figuring out why it is rendering the way it is.
My Dynmap looks like Rowan55's as well. I haven't touched the default settings in any way, not touched the shaders/colourschemes. Using permEX, world edit/guard/border, commandbox and essentials 2.x with spigot 1.8
Sorted! I updated Spigot 1.8 and it's looking good so far!
