Will the pre2 releases be in 1.6? How about the full release? This mod seems empty compared to ee2. Just not defending ee2 but wanting an ee3 further release. Why can't EMC be added yet? Is there a problem with a basic vanilla-compatible version? Like seriously, can EMC values be distributed? In 1.6 please . This mod will be empty until EMC can be used. I'm not ing or raging, just asking polite questions that make me wonder because this mod feels like I could have made it partially.

In my opinion, this dynEMC sounds absolutely amazing. But if someone really wants to break this system. It's going to happen sooner or later and unfortunately there's nothing anyone can really do about it.

Seriously guys chill out, theres soo many mods flooding in to try... Also lets quit bashing the modders because Mojang decides to do small stupid updates NONSTOP! seriously we need a update for Donkeys?@?@?@ I can get that in Mo Creatures.....
We all as a community need to get on Mojang to quit messing around and give us the API, although i highly doubt it will come close to forge regardless of its compatability.. if all we can do is add blocks and such it wont be worth nothing and forge will still rule.
I personally dont want mojang to stop producing content BUT they could also realize that modding is KEEPING minecraft alive not vanilla...
Also to end the stupid war on Pahimars skin its a character from Torchlight 1 called the alchemist , end of disscussion.... google it.
One feature I'd really like to see in EE3 is the ability to open a config file and add in EMC values or whatever is in EE3 instead of EMC, and add custom emc values for other mods. I find it frustrating when you are in a modpack and half the items don't have emc values.
I hope the next update for ee3 comes out soon! The condensers and relays and all that other stuff was awesome!

I love your responses. Short and to the point. Your able to stay calm and informative even in the face of ignorance and rage. Course if they did a lil research on you and dug into your Github or Twitch accounts they might not need further information.
All of the time you are putting into the infrastructure of the mod is what's going to set it apart from other mods. Once your done I believe most people will forget their old complaints. Just know there are many of us who appreciate everything you do for us and the Minecraft community free of charge and we have the patience to wait as long as you feel is needed. I know you may have had second thoughts about releasing the PreR after all of this but I still think it was a good idea even with the negatives that came of it. Hope those of us cheering you on can keep your spirits up!:)

I don't often like to post twice in a row but looking back I have seen many people say that EE2 was only overpowered when coupled with other mods. I understand where there thinking goes on that statement though it is really incorrect. Don't really have to mention about the purists who believe that adding any mod to any game is OP ( on the basis that it isn't written into the game mechanics therefor adding anything else is more powerful then originally intended). Though for the sake of argument I will hop off that fence and agree that since we are talking about modded Minecraft you must compare it to other mods of similar structure and style to determine the level of OP. In comparsion to mods like Thaumcraft, IC2, Buildcraft, and so on, EE2 out preforms them every time. All one must really do is farm enough mats to get a small collector flower going toss one diamond in there set yourself somewhere safe overnight and your pretty much set for the rest of your time on that map....due to the trans tablet and other forms of transmutation you have access to any materials you need simply by waiting....I can't quote you the numbers but previously I read an experiment where a guy was able to get to the point where he had all the EMC he would ever need within three hours. So I mean to someone who doesn't have EE2 completely figured out and know how to maximize their time EE2 might not seem overpowered. At first I just thought it was a nice way to take away the mundane aspect of minecraft you get after playing to long but soon realized that it indeed made things so easy I didnt feel the desire to play. That said for those of you who still do not feel EE2 was OP you have no reason to complain to Pahimar about this on so many levels its seriously not funny anymore if ever it was. The reasons are as follows.
1. This mod is open source and addons will be made once the "final" or stable build comes out that adds every single item from EE2 that has been left out of EE3...Pahimar knows that will happen if he lets the mod remain open source and still people complain about the items left out....Just like there are addons for IC2, Buildcraft and Forestry there will be addons for EE3....one of them will add the the items that have been left out.
2. This is a Pre release...the mod is in infancy....meaning its just a baby mod....and needs to grow....just like babies don't know very much this baby mod doesn't have very much in it and was released as a debugging tool and probably because he knew how anxious everyone was to see what had been wrote into it so far....the transmutation stones added still do really help out in your survival worlds...no more taking forever to get obsidian and ender pearls as well as many other items you can transmute with the stones that are already available.
3. This is EE3 written by another author. Not EE2. There are many similarities and this one is sort of based off the first with the permission and assistance of the previous author though it is a completely different mod.
4. You are not buying a service....this is not something you have a right too....Pahimar is doing this in his free time ( he has a life outside of modding Im sure you can understand) out of the kindness of his heart (he could make the mod for himself and his friends and never release it if he wanted) and without you ever paying him a dime...save for those who donate when they do but I hardly think donors are being rude or short sighted.
I know my posts sometimes seem to lack emotion and appear too blunt or possibly even rude as if I were yelling at those whom I am speaking to. Though that is not my intent I simply write things this way and say what I fell and think. If you have felt this post was directed at you and believe I was unduly harsh I am sorry and do not wish to be perceived so. I only want to see Pahimar and EE3 get the respect he and it deserves. Also I want to state that I am not an EE2 hater. I loved the mod and thought it was a brilliant concept with loads of fun at first, I simply thought that once I had a handle on how to work the mod to its full potential it stripped something uniquely fun from minecraft away. I'm playing this mod with my pop, and we want to know how to transmute stuff like in the earlier versions (which was SO much better, in my opinion).

Pahimar! I'm a new modder myself and I just came to thank you for your easily readable code and organized classes that I'm learning from. I'm using parts of your NBTHelper and it's a GODSEND.

I see in my post speed reading i may have missed a point somewhere, but regardless if the character was influenced it really dont matter originality is dead have you ever bothered to watch any movies as of late? noone has a original idea anymore its all a ripoff/remake (usually a bad one, conan rings a bell...) one way or another, we can say all fantasy movies and games are a ripoff of tolkien, even wow is ripped off so whats the real point to all this anyways lol?

Pardon me, but I believe they were referring to the 'earlier part' of EE2, not to EE2 vs EE3. If I am right then they are correct in that this current 'pre'-release is very similar to the earlier editions of EE2 in the way the Philosopher's stone is used.

The glowey circle being used by an 'alchemist' is very 'true' to FMA, but, so what? Magic was once very commonly viewed as mostly that-using sigils and making them glowey to do something...
And, yes, you are right, there is very little 'originality' in modern times as nearly every concept has been brought to bare at some point before us. The only 'common' originality is how things are put together and shown to its audience... However, Fantasy did NOT originate with Tolkien, Shakespeare was doing it (not going to bother to look up the number of hundreds of years) before, as were other writers, storytellers, etc. Tolkien may have been one of the first to shap so much from fiction into a single story-line but certainly all of the creatures in his stories came from elsewhere (I would be curious if there really are any exceptions).
Anyway, I was mostly trying to validate a point I made, one that could have very well been wrong as my basis for it was on shaky grounds (my memory /lawl). I wasn't even able to find the post I thought I remembered referencing it, but was saved when the creater of EE2 came forth and set the facts straight once and for all (I can edit this post to put a link to that post if anyone wants... <NOTE for EDIT: insert link here>). After that point the argument was pretty much over as if the previous dev says something then that's what it is/was... and my "and the war continues" was just me being trolly...
