you may be mixing the catalyst up with mobius fuel (the red and yellow coal with the big lambda symbol in the middle) or the divining rod, the destruction catalyst looked like a red piece of flint with the yellow "alchemic glow" and a big hole cut in the middle
Ahh, so thats it. My memories of ee2 had mixed that up with it.
The issue where some people had missing Alchemical Chest/Aludel textures have been fixed.
A PR has also been created to fix an exploit where destroying the Glass Bell would not affect the Aludel.
In the Calcinator, burn something that has the same EMC value of the dust you're trying to get. So, Minium Dust has the same EMC value as Diamond and Emerald.

Fixes Aludel working with no glass bell.
Fixes missing textures in Linux/OSX. https://github.com/l....4-pre2a.59.jar
NOTE: The wiki needs to be updated for the Aludel recipes and the use of the Calcinator. @Wliu, are you going to do it?
Sure, I guess. Being that I'm horribly out of sync with the in-game recipes though (and much too lazy to look at Github), could you Steam message me them?

The missing chest textures issue affected also Windows. It maybe affected me because the Java version, but I'm not sure about that one.
And as for the wiki, I might start to update it when I get home later today.

The missing textures had to do with different capitalization, which may or may not have affected you due to how the OS, etc. dealt with capitalization (Windows, for example, doesn't care about capitalization, while Unix-based systems will).

So, according to what you said, the bug wasn't supposed to affect me, but it still did. How would you explain that? (not to offend, but just to know)
Any type of solid fuel, ash in the bottom slot, and the to-be infused material in the top slot.
From the screenshot, it looks as if the destruction catalyst will be in the final version, in some form. Am i correct in assuming this?
Where the heck are you seeing a destruction catalyst?
He might mean the coal fuels.

Yes, though for the Minium Stone recipe you need 8 Minium Dust. A lot of the recipes currently require more than 1 dust to craft.
