Tried to install this mod to my forge server today and after getting it successfully installed i tried to right click the enchanting table and it did nothing. I tried it out in a single player game and it worked fine, but on the server it doesnt work. I was using the latest 1.6.3 version released yesterday.

Any ideas?
Do you have the mod installed on both client and server and have the configurations set correctly? If the enchantment table existed prior to installed Enchanting Plus, you must break and replace the table.

EDIT:
I understand now that that crash was from trying to join multiplayer, but now I'm getting another crash with this mod. The block ID 116 (which is the enchanting table) is incompatible apparently, yet I thought that it was supposed to be overridden. Here is the log section that pertains to this:
2013-07-21 15:47:25 [SEVERE] [fml.ItemTracker] FML has detected item discrepancies
2013-07-21 15:47:25 [SEVERE] [fml.ItemTracker] Missing items : {}

There is currently an issue with connecting to a server that has enchanting plus installed and the client does not. I am refactoring how the enchantment table is change in the future to fix this.
"PSA:
In the latest version of Enchanting plus, I made a decision to disable, with no configuration, disenchanting any level a player did not put onto the item themselves. This stops all disenchanting exploits that have plagued enchanting plus since before I have taken the mod over in MC1.3.2. I felt this was major factor to a lot of cheating, which a lot of players are against, thus not trying the mod. On the other hand, I know this will drive people away from my mod since I am working against cheating.
I apologize for any hardship this change has made for yourself, and your server.
-Freyja"
I would like to encourage the mod author to make this configurable rather than hard coded, if that's possible. That would give people a choice as to whether they want to enable disenchanting items they have found or not.

I have been contemplating adding this as a feature. If I do add it, it wont be released for a while. Since I am burnt out on coding at the moment. Plus saving all my energy for Modjam.
So, now I can no longer disenchant equipments dropped from pigmans ? Dude, this it not cheating! Beating pigmans in the middle of a lot of lava and ghasts is a very difficult thing. And drop enchanted equipments is really hard as well. Please, put a config file to make it optional. If you wanna, place the "DisenchantItemsFromOtherEntities=false" as a default line of the properties file.
Please, put the config file! And, make a 1.5.2 version of the mod with the config file! Please...
To what version? There already is a version for all the latest MC versions. Plus, you do not give a reason for updating, therefor your argument is invalid. Lastly, asking for an update, especially when there already is one, will just make the mod creator mad.
As for my ID mismatch, should I change this mod ID to something else or will that break it?
I've got a problem installing this mod. I tried 1.15.2 and 1.15.4. I'm still running a MC 1.5.2 server. We can't upgrade right now, because not all mods are upgraded we need.
Everything seems ok. No errors. But when I click on an enchantment table, nothing happens.
That's why I used 1.15. But this version seems to have a "disenchanting glitch" which doubles the xp gained from disenchanting. Not good for a server. The version for 1.6.2 would be safe to use. Isn't that a reason to upgrade?
To everyone complaining about the non-configuration setting for disenchanting items, this will be configurable in the future. When this version will come out, is another question.

Next version of eplus will be moving away from ID conflicts.

I can't seem to add the fortune enchantment to a pickaxe that already has an enchantment on it. For example if I add efficiency to the pickaxe then enchant it the fortune option disappears. I'm using version 1.16.3. Not sure if this is intentional or a bug.

Okay, thank you for this. But, will you make a 1.5.2 version of Enchanting Plus with the configuration file ? Or the configuration will only be available on the newest versions of Minecraft ?

You have the wrong version 1.15.4 is for 1.5.2, please download 1.16.3.
Alright, sorry about that. I thought everyone was saying that 1.5.2 was a typo. I'll try the new version.
I understand now that that crash was from trying to join multiplayer, but now I'm getting another crash with this mod. The block ID 116 (which is the enchanting table) is incompatible apparently, yet I thought that it was supposed to be overridden. Here is the log section that pertains to this:
Please, put the config file! And, make a 1.5.2 version of the mod with the config file! Please...
What is the cost based on then? Enchantment level?
Thanks for this!
That's why I used 1.15. But this version seems to have a "disenchanting glitch" which doubles the xp gained from disenchanting. Not good for a server. The version for 1.6.2 would be safe to use. Isn't that a reason to upgrade?
Cost is Determined by a few variables: Min and max enchantability of an enchantment and Item Enchantability,
Next version of eplus will be moving away from ID conflicts.
Break and replace the table.
Okay, thank you for this. But, will you make a 1.5.2 version of Enchanting Plus with the configuration file ? Or the configuration will only be available on the newest versions of Minecraft ?
