The Code is correctly done the way Forge is setup and follows suit to other modders out there.
Only thing I can think of is.... maybe since I am using Skeleton.class as a base, my mob is also gaining its spawn rate.
I will try creating a new class just for the Harbinger and see if that solves the issue.
else, maybe custom spawner mod has no effect on it?

Question of the Day: Should Spectral Skeletons and Pig Zombie rise with a weapon in their hand?
In other words.... if you ReAnimate a Skeleton Soul, should this Spectral Skeleton rise with a bow in their hands? or should the player be required to give them a bow to use (Which they will drop soon as they die).
Your thoughts?
Sneak peak at a Lost Soul ReAnimated: This normally hostile soul will instead be a friendly Spectral Miner when ReAnimated. The play can give this pet armor and weapons to use.
Atm my idea is pretty forward.
Skeletons: Player can give them a bow to allow range combat (Can take away too)., else they melee.
Wither Skeletons: Player can give them a melee weapon to increase its damage (can take away).
Zombies and Pig Zombies are the same as wither Skeletons.
Spectral Miners: Player can give them a melee weapon or bow depending if they want range or melee damage.
I kinda guessed thats what you were doing. Highly likely that your mob replaced the skeletons and or inherited ( or ignored due to confusion ) the config for skeletons.
I think you are on the right track using its own class. Really appreciate the prompt look into this!

For clarification, your guy replaced every creature in the MOB cfg class. AKA spawns at night. Have you been able to reproduce it on your end?
Let me finish up my ReAnimate Project, then I'll get to work on the Harbinger / 1.4.7 update. (I need to change the Harbinger in the Revamp aswell, since they both share the same code XD).

Changed the sitting Toggle key: Changed to Sneak + Right click, this really is better suited for a pet command.
Spectral Creeper: causes aoe explosion damage with no block damage ^_-. (yes the pet dies D:, but hey... how many creeper live to tell the tale of them exploding?)
Spectral Zombie: (Able to equip any ItemSword Item)
Spectral Pig Zombie: (Able to equip any ItemSword Item)
Spectral Skeleton (Range and melee options, can give them any ItemBow type weapons... yes you can give them guns

my apologies if its already been mentioned somewhere, but at this time im eager to get into the mod, and its a little late for me here so i havent the time to search through the forum or watch all the vids...
In order to progress in blood, first you must craft a Glaive. A glaive is a spear type weapon that with its special attack "Impale" blood can be shed from bleed-able targets.
Blood will now be on the ground, which comes in 3 colors based on the creature and difficulty of the kill. Also in 2 sizes: Large blood pools and droplets.
Use a Essence Keeper or Essence Vessel to collect blood by right clicking a large pool, which the keeper/vessel will turn into a Bloodkeeper/vessel.
The rest is just about the same as souls except it takes alot more blood (Double) as a resource to create items, augments, ect.

News: Wanted to share a little bit of my madness about what I am working on with the witch. XD
Spectral Witches like other Mobs that normally are equipped with a weapon, will start off barehanded.
The player can hand over a splash potion for the Witch to use in combat (Splash potion is infinite).
Depending on the splash potion handed to the witch, will determent if the witch throws it at the player or at the hostile target. This allows the witch to become either a Buffer or Debuffer depending on what role you want it to be.

I wonder what the Villager's special perk would be.... maybe it can hold an item for the player.... (Having a mobile shop would be kinda OP)
Please careful with balance with the additions. I was considering your mod due to its respect and building upon Vanilla. Some of this new stuff, while not going into detail, seem like a divergence from the core of this mod, and possibly the balance of a vanilla survival experience.
I find the best mods focus on what they do, and do that well, rather than try to cover all bases. The addition of all thies pet like classes feel like they may be best served as an add on or secondary mod.

A few have spoken up about a concern about the Spectral Pets, however rest assured. Spectral pets are a time limited, resource eating, low damage Wolf. If others feel Wolfs are OP, then I am sorry.
Here is a list of things that balances this feature quite well.
*Current*
-Players must craft the Necronomicon, which pages can only be found in Dungeon chests, blacksmith chests, and high emerald fee from a Liberian Villager (30 Emeralds).
-ReAnimate costs: Requires a Newly spawned Mob soul and 10 units of blood.
-ReAnimate Cast Time: Roughly takes about 30secs to fully complete the summoning Rites.
-Taming Fee: Requires Creepball x 1 to make the Hostile ReAnimated Mob tamed.
-Limited Spawn Duration. (1min 20 sec Nontamed, 3min 20 sec Tamed).
-Must feed the pet blood to expand its spawn Duration: 1ming 20sec with 1 unit of blood.
*To be added / adjusted*
-Holy Water: will damage all Undead and Spectral pet Mobs. (Added when Spectral Glass is reAdded).
-Soulbind: A Hard to Craft Item that removes spawn time limit on Spectral Pets.(Used for when you just can't let go of your minion).
-- Might even allow the pet to share the players health pool, meaning.... Damage to pet hurts player and visversa.

What do you guys feel should the recipe for the special item "Soulbind", which will remove the decay timer on the Spectral pets? Remember!!! This item is to be rare and must make the player to devote their time keep the lovable minion around.
