The Biomass will suck down targets and damage them, hoping to make it much like a combo of water block and spider web.

Also because of the process of farming Biomass, the raw material is all you need to craft the Biomass Equipment. (Takes time to create Creep, Blood cost for creating the Pulsing Netherwart, Even more Blood if you speed up the grow process with added blood, and finally the time it takes to grow).

As love for Asgard Shield and Chainz, I really wish to work on them again however I think its best to get This Mod finished (atleast up to what it used to be with 1.1.4).


Btw the next tier of equipment will the be "Tormented", which is Livingmetal ingot x 1 + Biomass x 4.

tormented...sounds great,does this tier have any special abilities/perks?(like give damage to surrounding mobs per tick?

Liking the sounds of biomass, will the creep block be obtainable with silk touch? Also, Will there be a config option to disable tormented armor or "farming" blood and souls if we deem it to be too over powered for servers?

wait...why disable tormented armor?and the silk touch.....I think it's possible(I guess?)
and if you disable farming of blood/soul,then there's nothing you can do with this mod already.....(you really want this result?

I meant as a config options for severs, also I meant farming as in biomass spawning blood and the soul pine dropping souls, in case an admin wanted to make players hunt for their resources.

So... I have two different armor styles for Bloodweave armor. Here are the two prototypes which would be this color if dyed white.





Note: the armor on the right will have a hood, and belt will be adjusted for the Bloodstone buckle.

I think with a bit more love, the Right armor could turn out very neat....

Any preference?

NICE! they look awesome the one on the left is so what im wearing once its released. it will go well with my thaumcraft theme.
cant wait to see what will be in the new version XD

Yeah, I'd think I'd go with the one on the left. So, for the one on the left, you took into account my thoughts of how the gem in the belt buckle could harness the power of blood, didn't you?

Jade Knightblazer, can you make hands smaller? Now character looks... well... ehm... retarded? with this small head...
I prefer the one on the left, cape hides the size of the head comparing to the right.

well that's because the hood is added in second one yet....and I will choose later

If the one on the left has those cool circles on the spine like in the photo you posted a couple pages ago, then I vote for that one. I recommend a different color rather then gold for the blood gem though, it looks... out of place.. Maybe have it just be dark grey or black?

The one of the right looks cool too, I like the belt on that one better if the gold was changed to blood-red.

I hope you get better soon, Jade. Sure, getting sick gets you out of work and school, but it isn't worth it because being sick usually makes you feel like crap.

Finished with the Bloodweave Armor set.... Take a look...





Left side is default color, right side is dyed white. I can alter the default color to a different shade of red if this one is too bright.

Update: 3/12/13

1.4.7 Harken Scythe 2.0.1 is Released: Added Soulweave and Bloodweave Armor sets.

Both armor sets can be dyed with the 15 main color choices!!! Dyeing more then one main color to an piece of armor will revert it back to default colors.

I did a small adjustment to the Bloodweave full set Bonus:
-Added bonus Potion effect of movement speed: Rank 1, last for the same duration as the Strength buff.
-Heals 1/2 heart more health per drink, totaling a full heart recovered.
