Hey, remember a long time ago(far far away) you were planning on adding a way to generate energy from gathered souls? Has that been added yet(and does it have IC2 support if it has been added?)?
I personally can't wait to have my machine hall powered by the blood and souls of the dammed.

I could give the Harbinger its own "Resource" limit, which would only allow it to ReAnimate so many minions before the resource is exhausted.


I just wanted to post this here due to how both mods interchange with each other.

Asgard Shield:

Found a fix for BackShields!!!

Those who use Back Tools Mod: Please place this line of code in your mod_BackTools.cfg file found in your Config Folder.

Well I have found out that due to the new ItemArmor class Shield are now and that I am using a dye system, it causes problems with compatibility to other new Mods out there... Such and main one is Back Tools.
Because of this I will revert the Dye ability if enough Users wish it....
Basically the 2 choices are:
1. Able to dye your shields, which could turn out pretty fun texture wise since there is alot of room with overlays.
-OR-
2. Remove dyes to keep better compatibility with mods such as:
-Back Tools: Allow shields to render on the players back.
-Harken Scythe: Allow spectral pets to carry shields and act as an tank.

I know NetherStuffs mod has a way to convert souls into soul energy to be used in IC2.


Later down the line I do wish to make a few devices that allow souls and blood to be used machine wise. (Spectral Glass Phase Generator).

Besides that I want to create a few devices that allows players to gain EXP and Save it for later, a Sacrificial altar, and what I am hoping Spectral Trees. (Heh... thinking about that one with souls spawning...... I would hate to see what happens when a Harbinger finds one XD).

If it's possible to do both somehow by all means do both. If not, I vote for removal of dyes. Honestly, why would you paint your shields? Unless those paints end up being heraldry. Then I suggest making only gilded shields able to be dyed. And thus our dead can't use fancy shields because those are for rich people.

As for the Harbingers.... I am adding a Resource supply to them now.
Harbingers start out with 5 ReAnimates (RA).

A Grieving Soul costs 5 RA.
A Common Soul costs 1 RA.

Harbinger gains 1 RA each time it kills a Player.

Found out the hard way.... that repeatedly dieing to a Harbinger causes huge a crowd of Evil Spectral miners that its hell...

So in a server... there are many unequiped players and 1 with diamond equip, everyone dies except the one with the diamond armor, hes going to fight a lot of enemies

Yeah, I won't apply the patch until I see a little suffering XD. Atming Evil Spectral Miner truly evil when you have to face 2+ at a time @_@

Be sure your forge is updated and your not suffering from Item/Block ID overlaps.

1. Essence vessel is a rare drop from a Harbinger, it has twice the storage room of a Essence Keeper.

2. Germinated Biomass Seeds are planted on Creep (Creepballs that have be placed on soulsand). Use a Glaive on creep to gouge a hole for the seed. Feed the plant blood for x5 the growth rate.

3. I do believe its the cinnamon and sugar on each delicious bite sized sqaure.

Ectoplasm can be obtained by slaying Evil Spectral Miners. Look for Lost Souls in caves and try to collect it with a Keeper/Vessel. Beware... Evil Spectral Miners can only be hurt by scythes or weapons with the Soulsteal Augment..

Ah, that's what I was forgetting, the glaive part.

Not sure if this was asked before but, what happened to all the fancy spectral potions and the cake I loved tossing flame bottles at enemies and whatnot.

Anything new planned? More mobs, more things to make with soul/blood etc etc?

-Sacrificial Altar: Able to donate souls, blood, monster eggs, heads for random rewards.

-A way to store exp for later usage.
-brewable Bottle'O'Enchantment? (Or go with Mundane, Awkward and Thick Potions usage since they have no use atm).
-Spectral Glass: Will use ectoplasm.
-Spectral Potions.
-A new Skeleton-transformation potion.

-A special Blood themed mob (Harbingers counterpart).
-Soul Giving Tree. (Spawns random souls around its leaves.
-Relics:
-New Npc that offers quests for rare Harken Scythe items and gear.

-3rd Tier Equipment (Tormented) (Livingmetal + Biomass).
-A new Augment that allows axes to 1 chop trees?

-Special Chainz themed weapon, ranged scythe and Harpoon.

Chainz themed weapon....you mean Thresh's(LOL) chain and hook?
Exp-bank....not bad idea, especially when I'm thinking of should I take the risk of loosing all lv and go to nether...
NPC missions....who do you change their GUI?
And relics....I still hope that we can craft them though,they are costly already....
