How do you suggest I mine? Generally what I do is I strip mine at Y=6. I mine a 1x2 hallway with 5 block deep 1x1 offshoots every fourth block to maximize ore block exposure. Should I switch to TNT mining (dig a 1x2 hallway, place TNT every fifth block to maximize coverage while minimizing item destruction)?

Awesome, it's just saying it's outdated but it still works. I already found new ores. I'm excited. Except for I can't get NEI to work, I'm just going to try a difference recipe mod. Any suggestions?

How do I stop the cyclops from spawning? It's ridiculous. This is a great mod but it sucks with 10-15 cyclops every 30 blocks...

Don't use recipebook. Many people say it doesn't work with the mod.

I suggest NEI.

I am absolutely loving this mod, though it is taking me away from getting diamond Specials in Blops2.

Though, I have a few questions.
1) Should cyclops' be spawing like 100 per chunk? Even that isn't that bad, but the part I hate is when I come back home from mining or exploring and there's like 10 in my house and I have to kill them all. I assume it's possible to make them not spawn on a block placed by a user, or maybe by having the ability for small safe zones via some block. Maybe even a 50x50 radius or something from your spawn points ( so when you sleep in your house it would make it ). I don't know, though it'd be nice to not have them spawn in my house.

2) I am not compeltely understanding this armour system. The wiki shows that Elite Realmite gives 23 protection while Realmite gives 33 protection. Considering one piece of the elite basically costs more than all of the regular, shouldn't be at least a little better? Even then, the mobs still 1-2 hit me with full Realmite on, which gets kind of annoying considering they spawn everywhere. That's handlable, though, I just want a better grasp on the armour system. (:

Hopefully you can answer these. Amazing mod so far!

Ahh, I see. Well, hopefully no one is stupid enough to make Elite Realmite. If you think about it, full Elite Realmite costs 234 Realmite, which is a little bit more than 3 and a half stacks which is equivalent to 9 sets of Realmite armor. Realmite armor has 5000 durability, which is a ton. It has 10 more defense value, thus making it incredibly more smart to stick with realmite armor. If you go through 9 sets before reaching the next tier; you suck.

That's nice and all, but what about other texture packs (not that I don't use Sphax, which I do, because it's awesome), like, say, Antvenom's Faithful texture pack or the Dokucraft texture pack?

The first thing I noticed was that you're using an out of date EE3. The most up to date version is pre1d, try updating that, I also suggest going back through all of your mods and check to make sure you're using the most up to date version, because sometimes the crash can be caused by something as little as an out of date mod. Also check each mods thread to see if it has a list of incompatible mods.
