I suppose the textures in this mod are quite bad... I do think Minecraft's textures are shabby too though. I guess that's why I made a texture pack though, and it's what texture packs are for.

The problem with 1.4.7 pre-release is that it will lead to the oficial release of the 1.4.7, which many will mindlessly change into and then want to play this mod and keep weeping "update" all the time. Of course the modders can choose to not update the mod, but the problem is that it happens JUST when they manage to update the mod to 1.4.6. It would be comical, if it wasn't tragic...
I recommend everyone to use Minecraft Portable, as it allows you to have minecraft in a single folder, what allows for having multiple variables of Minecraft in a computer, from multiple versions as well. I have around 50 in this old machine, one only for DivineRPG 1.4.2, and will make a new one for the next release as well.

According to the post on mojang.com, the only purpose is to remove some null pointer exceptions. Only qz (out of hundreds or thousands of classes) is being modified, so most mods should remain compatible and updating from 1.4.6 to 1.4.7 will take little to no work (hopefully).
As for the minecraft portable workaround, I'd have to agree with that as the best method. There are numerous launchers that allow multiple instances (I personally use MultiMC, which also has built in downgrading) that I think everyone should have and use.
I'm having a problem with installation. After I place the DivineRPG.Jar in the mods folder I start minecraft, but all I get is a black screen after the Mojang screen. Could someone please explain what I am doing wrong?

I cant wait, my little brother cant either, cause when I get a mod it's always bugged in some way (Except for the twilight forest.) So I am glad you took the time to get rid of the bugs so we don't have to worry about them when we play this.
I agree with wolfleaf. I mean come on we had a nice day yesterday and now this morning people start fighting again. I don't get this. Can't we all just stop fighting and maybe offer compliments to the wonderful mods or if not just ask questions (not about when it will be updated because it'll be done once they make it as spotless for us as they can. SO thank you again Xolova and blued00r and everyone else keep up the wonderful mod.
