May i suggest adding something to the new tools? like special effects, such as a chance of a double drop or a chance that when you destroy a block it doesn't take durability from the tool. Just a suggestion.
Also some kind of structures in the new dimension? like a temple with mobs that spawn only there and epic treasure. Or is this going to be in the Arcana?

It says it's outdated because 1.2 it being tested so the updater is telling you to get that update, when you can't. You just gotta deal with it till 1.2 comes out :\

Well it happens every time i load up a world how would i go about isolating it?
when I put the jar file into the mods folder it doesnt load the mod so when i start minecraft it is fine and it loads but the mod isnt installed and it still says i have the same number of mods as i did before
sorryfor the hassle, but i played it now, and i got the full weapons inventory on my thingie but the only mob i can find are the cyclopses in the grassland and thats it, theres no mobs or anything in the desert
Most Divine RPG mobs only spawn at night or are deep underground try playing on a creative world and going into a deep cave and see if they are spawning

That's because we didn't program them to spawn in those biomes. I don't understand how you could possibly expect them to.

That would require editing base classes, which we shall not do.
They are dropped from a mob. To be honest, I'm not sure which one it is, but I'll ask the developer as soon as he logs on.
