Been playing with this mod in singleplayer, and you good sir are the top ! What would be really boss is if you added a negative version of the mushroom biome. This biome consists of greenish-purple grass with poisonous veins/roots sticking out. The veins would work like vines but horizontally from the ground connecting to the base of oddly shaped black mushrooms. These cause damage upon contact but can be easily avoided.
I love this mod. Installed it just now and had a look at it. I stumbled on to a green biome witch apparently is spreading. Is there any chance that it could spread so much that it covers most of the biomes around it ? If so can it somehow be turned off

Thanks for the info dude. It would be a great idea to have a file with editable biomes or the dev of this mod to make a button in the options that makes us turn off biomes we don't like. There is a different approach, I saw a mod some time back that also had a parasite as a block, but also had a block that negates corruption and eats the corrupted blocks until they are gone. That way it would be a challenge overcoming the corruption. Still great mod, I am not really complaining, just giving some ideas on how to make it better.
That, and there'll be a world type that has every biome except the Parasitic Heap (Along with a few other world types) in the next update, which I'll be releasing here shortly tonight.
Not sure what you did, but thank you so much it fixed a lot of my errors I've also skinned more of it to work with my texture pack - Just thank you again for making this. My real joy in MC is exploring and this just makes things so much fun, and I worked out how to get custom biome mods to spawn using optifine so no more lag with your mod, yay

- Added 1 new block: Toadstool. An orange mushroom that generates in some biomes. Based off of the same one I had added to ExtraBiomes XL, but with a different texture.
- Nerfed the Parasitic Heap, so the parasite only generates in small deposits on the surface.
The only thing keeping me from installing this mod is the fact that it edits base classes (I went as far as to download it). Were it not for that, I think I'd replace ExtraBiomes with this. Also there's the fact that the new trees don't have their own saplings, but I guess that can be overlooked.

But possibly you could add a rare landscape like the one in avatar the movie, with lots of big floating islands and waterfalls and vins and whatnot
What I would really like to see in the future for this mod:
+ Ability to disable certain biomes (because there are so many). I would probably disable the volcano because it makes me lag so much and the deadlands because of the particles. I know I can turn this off. *shrug*
+ Underground biomes that are apart of caves. That is something that has not been explored yet.
+ SMP* Because...I am waiting for this to play with my friends.
