Try re-downloading. It can't find a file for some reason.
I tried both the Direct and Adf.ly downloads multiple times, on my client and server, yet I still get the same error I posted above. Can't find a file? Hmm. I've never been a fan of Dropbox... it always corrupts my archive files. Would you be able to upload it through another file host like Mediafire?
Basically, if you're playing singleplayer, this mod will function as it always has. If you join a server though, the server will send it's configured stack sizes, and those will be applied to the client of everyone who joins with this mod. Your personalized stack sizes will only work in singleplayer. Annoying, I know, but there's simply no way to have the server handle everyone's custom settings. Sorry.
there's a donate button in the op. ;D
This is how it should be! To keep things fair, the server should apply the same settings to all players. You rock!
customStack.zip>dmillerw>customStack>StackPacketManager.class, StackPacketHandler.class, StackConnectionHandler.class, and ModRegistry.class is what the zip contains for me. Any idea what it could be? What forge build did you use?
Latest version of Forge for 1.4.6. Compatible with 1.4.7.
The latest and not the recommended? You may want to put the exact build number in the main topic, because I've been using Forge 184.108.40.2061 (a recommended build). I'm going to go and try a bunch of stuff to try and get this working... I'll post my results later today.
EDIT: Okay, I've updated to the latest version of forge, build #497, and I am now getting this crash message on my client:
--- END ERROR REPORT 2b1b6ecd ----------
I would be very interested to see an update of this to 1.5.2 if that's possible. Was pleased to see this mod; nice work!
A request, if you're willing; can you add a feature to restrict certain user-defined items from being placed in certain user-defined inventories (for example, wooden chests versus ender chests, or vice-versa)? It'd be much appreciated if you could!
