No obvious conflicts, though will keep looking. Looks to me like Buildcraft is having a fit when trying to figure out how to render a liquid (presumably from Ars Magica) in one of its tanks.

Edit : A similar crash is being reported on the Tinker's Construct thread. I think that mod has similar tanks.

I'm getting the same crash however it isn't liquid related it seems. Look at this line:

Something changed in the GUI system that is causing a conflict would be my guess based on that.

Hello Mithion, can you reupload the version 5.52.003 because some people are having problems in the latest version.

Need an option to toggle that new UI. It's nice when doing magic, but obnoxious when not, and some combination of mods I have is making it flicker and drive me absolutely nuts, even if I disable every mod I have that should be altering the UI.

edit: I had a problem with .009, so I had to revert to .003

Getting the same error, forge version recommend up to 115 (IE tested each), lwjgl is newest, MC is obviously 1.5.2; various mods that were working with prior versions of Ars.

why in gods name were Illusion blocks used like everywhere? I liked this better before all this illusion block mess :|.

Cant seem to fin in config how to lower level lost on death.. Looked in both config files.

I really like the use of unbreakable illusion blocks and hidden rooms in the towers. I really wish there was a better spell research mechanic though. Having to use an ars magica book for each spell is a bit much for just the hope of obtaining true sight.

changing the color of a spell book with spells in side erases all spell is this intentional.....?
and it was stated in last update that fire bolt spell no longer uses charge...

random crash iv tryed multiple versions of forge and multiple versions of ars

Searched High and Low trying to see if there was already an answer to this. Is there a way to disable a spell server side? I am having an issue with the dig spell, it goes right through grief prevention and world guard on my MCPC+ server.

I tried B:Player_Spells_Destroy_Terrain=false but dig still destroys the ground. I've tried disabling the itemID but they are still able to research and create it. Any help would be amazing guys, thanks!

Idea for Mod: So in most magic lore mages can walk the "hallways of magic" or some such. I was thinking perhaps a spell that would allow the "mage" to open a small doorway into these "hallways", stepping into another smaller diminsion, which could be cast at any location, or perhaps very specific locations. This deminsion would consist of a "path" thorough the "hallways" that would link to some sort of "anchoring point" in the normal world that the mage could exit from. You could use the gateways as the anchor if adding another item would be troublesome. If the "mage" stepped off the path in the hallways then he would be dropped in a random chunk that he had previously explored.

To just throw on the side: perhaps if the mage used an anchor on the "path" they could explore the "hallways". Off of the path could be some form of viscous material, that worked similar to water with the movement, so the mage could move up and down. and certain mage towers were floating off in the distance in the "hallways" that were say ... lost by some experiment gone wrong by mages of old.

anyways just an idea. will probably expand on it later, when i have the time.

I got the same crash everyone else is getting with the new version, however, installing optifine fixed the issue. Optifine is all messed up with NEI not rendering items, so I'd rather not have to use it.
